"Only major issue was not very clean. It was a work trip. All men . So was fine for what we needed. If it was a family trip or vacation never would have stayed ."

"The property needs to be upgraded & changed to charge the customers for the price. Many things were not working after we had checked in. Some appliances are dirty & outdated."

"This location is terrific for getting into Washington DC to see all the touristy things. We also could walk to many restaurants and Trader Joe’s is only half mile away. Only issue was poor lighting in the unit including the light over the dining table which did not work the entirety of our stay. They couldn’t fix it. Dining in the dark. We also had to swap bulbs from various fixtures to get light over the door. The bathroom and bedroom have very dim lighting."

"Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice.
You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive.
Overall wonderful stay."
