"There was no breakfast on my last morning there. Which is supposed to be included in the price I paid for. Rooms are decent but no microwave is included and there was no body wash in the shower. only shampoo and conditioner"

"A nice basic place to stay when you only need a comfortable bed & hot shower. I appreciated the refrigerator, coffee maker & microwave. The staff was friendly. They have a good assortment of quick breakfast items (not just coffee) in the lobby, but it's only available until 9:30am which is too early for me. I wish it was available until 11am. I was traveling solo and I felt very safe."

"Overall my stay was fine. Hotel a little dated but nicely sequestered back away from all the traffic. I could still hear traffic at night but did not bother me too much. Location was positive, close to shopping and food. The room could have used a deep clean. Overall it was fine but the curtains did not look like they had ever been washed and the remote needed to be deeply sanitized. The bed seemed fine and bathroom was well cleaned. "The check in was fast. We didn’t use any of the amenities. We were not in our room or at the hotel much. Our room could have been a bit cleaner. There was dirt and cobwebs under the bathroom sink and hair in the shower. Other than that, our stay was great!"

"I have stayed here multiple times now, and it quickly became my favorite place to stay. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is great!"

"Convenient location"

"The self parking garage was closed without notice. Normally this wouldn't be an issue with valet service, however, the entire valet staff refused to park my car due to it being a stick shift. Therefore we were forced to park blocks away and walk to the hotel. When this was mentioned to the front desk they stated the valet service is a different company than the hotel and all they could do was comp breakfast."

"Room keeping and front desk staff were very rude. Room service never came to clean our room. We call the front desk for additional towels and were advised we had to go into the hallway and look for a room service person in order to request towels. The fire alarm went off at 5 am due to a toaster burning. When we reached out to the front desk about this they advised that the fire alarm going off was “routine” and that there was nothing they could due to accommodate us for the inconvenience. There...

"Nice hotel! Clean room. The front desk worker acted like she couldn't be bothered. When we stayed, there were a string of vehicle break-ins. Not the hotels fault, and apparently something that was happening all around Columbus. Close to the Easton Center & lots of restaurants and shopping!"
