- Privacy & Security: For your peace of mind, a security camera monitors the driveway and garage area only. This can be deactivated upon request once you have arrived.

- The Essentials: We provide a high-quality "Starter Kit" (TP, paper towels, trash bags, and hand soap). For larger groups or extended stays, please plan for additional supplies.

- Home Standards: The primary guest must be 30+ years of age. While we are dog-friendly (2 dog max), the home remains strictly smoke-free. No large parties or events are permitted.
