Riverfront Cabin: Perfect for Fishing & Floating

Located at Fernweh Riverfront and named after the Texas State Gem, Topaz is one of three cabins located on the property with private river access. Appointed with 2 queen size beds, your sleep should be comfortable in the fresh new linens and soft pillows. We suggest bringing anything extra that you might need to make your stay comfortable. Your A/C should be ice cold, and if you have any issues with anything during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out to KOZE!

Welcome to Fernweh Riverfront, a mixed collection of established rentals on River Road in New Braunfels minutes from Canyon Lake, Gruene, San Marcos, Seguin, and Bulverde! Immerse yourself in the beauty & serenity of the Texas Hill Country while feeling at home in our cozy and comfortable accommodations. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, weekend with friends, or a fun-filled family vacation, Fernweh offers something for everyone! With endless outdoor activities and local attractions, Fernweh is the perfect home away from home for your next Texas adventure. Fernweh Riverfront is situated along the Guadalupe River with 6 rental options too choose from.

Our air-conditioned primitive cabins offer fresh new linens, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, Brio water dispenser, microwave, outdoor picnic table & charcoal grill. Restrooms & shower facilities are shared communal, with privacy locks for individual use. Direct access to the Guadalupe River is complimentary. Located between 2nd & 3rd crossing at "Fernweh Riverfront." All guests enjoy access to the shared amenities at "Fernweh Hillside," including the pool and pickle ball court!

We provide in-cabin towels for our guests (hanging door racks are available in each for drying your towels in between showers), shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, lotion, etc., and a portable shower caddy for your use during your stay. The shared restroom and showers are located a little further down the hill, before you get to the bar and grill. Door #1 is the restroom and while very humble, it is stocked with toilet paper and there is hand soap, as well as a little shelf for you to take a toiletries bag if needed. The shared showers are Doors #2 & #3 - inside you will find teak mats for standing, a small teak shelf to set your shower caddy down, a mirror, multiple hooks for hanging towels, clothes, toiletries bag, etc.

I didnt like the fact that there was only one toilet for men and women to share. Also very dirty rugs ,walls , floors and a/c. There was also no lights to see around the property very dark and poorly lite. I suggest partyn ights and adding a front porchblight to cabins

Cute and Comfy!

It was perfect for what we needed. Exactly as described. Perfect location and great communication. Clean and comfortable. All the extra little touches with the bathroom/shower amenities were a plus. Especially shower shoes. We will definitely rent again.

Amazing location

We’ve stayed here many times and have not been disappointed. The location is perfect with easy access to the river and just a short drive away from many great restaurants. We will definitely book again.
