I have rented these cabins a few times over the years because they are absolutely perfect for a nice getaway nestled in the Hill Country. You feel like you're taking a step back in time, and the attention to detail in the decor and amenities is spot on. Nothing beats the view sitting around the firepit. This property is a great place to recharge. Sophia, the host, gets a 10/10 from me. The process is seamless from beginning to end. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing

Everything was perfect as usual! Any and everything you need is readily available. Our stay was excellent and the communication was perfect. Sophia has put a lot of thought into ensuring that this is home while staying here. Amazing hospitality!

Magnificent!

I can't say enough about this place! This was our 2nd visit and we have already booked our next trip. Our last visit was in summertime, but this trip was spring, and the landscaping was phenomenal! We spent more time at the cabins this trip just soaking up its beauty. Can't wait to be back in July again. The owners are the best ever! You won't regret booking this magnificent slice of heaven.

Company Planning Session

Our team's strategic planning session at Camp Milagro was an exceptional experience, proving to be the ideal setting for both work and relaxation. The layout of the cabins was perfectly suited for our group of six, providing each of us with our own personal space while still fostering a sense of togetherness. Despite the rain during our two-day planning session, the charm of Camp Milagro shone through. We had the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the surroundings, including a serene walk down to the river and a visit to the iconic cross. The weather did not dampen our spirits or disrupt our activities. One of the highlights of our stay was the self-sufficiency the property offered. We brought enough food for the week and found no need to leave the grounds. This convenience allowed us to focus entirely on our planning objectives without any outside distractions. The attention to detail in the cabins and throughout the property was remarkable. The unique touches added by the owners created an atmosphere that was both welcoming and inspiring. It's evident that a lot of love and care has been invested into making Camp Milagro a special place. The culmination of our retreat was a memorable evening around the fire pit. As the rain ceased, we were treated to stunning views, which provided a perfect backdrop for reflection and camaraderie. No words to describe this place!

I don't even know where to begin. There are not enough words in my vocabulary to describe the beauty of this place. The cabins were a perfect balance of rustic with modern conveniences. We kept finding neat little things every time we looked around. The dipping pool was a great way to cool off during the day or relax in the evening. The land is beautiful and amazing - the river front property was a huge bonus! We enjoyed reading about the history of the home from a neat book the owners provided. Speaking of owners - they are the BEST and the love of their property shines through! We will be back (a lot)!

Best Vacation Ever!!! Camp Milagro 5 Stars!!!

I don’t have enough words to describe this amazing magical beautiful place!!! Sophia the host is truly a Super Host!!! The property is amazing! Huge and lovely beautifully decorated with her personalized touches that are everywhere. Sophia stayed in touch throughout our time there and provided anything and everything we could possible need. Cleanliness was top notch! AC kept us super cool in super hots days. We grilled out with all we needed to do so supplied! There was music, entertainment with any game I could think of, a large assortment of water chairs and floats for down by the river. Beds and linens were all comfy cozy. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking pots, pans, utensils etc. My favorite was the front porch…wrap around with comfy rocking chairs and a gorgeous view!!! And the dipping pool was amazing, spotless clean, lighting at night and so refreshing again with an amazing view. We were a group of 12 from Texas, Tennessee and Calif and we all agreed hands down that this was the best vacation and best vacation rental we’ve ever had. Camp Milagro and Sophia gave my family, friends and myself the most wonderful vacation ever!!! Five stars is an understatement! This place is off the charts fantastic!!!

Faboulous Family Weekend!

Camp Milagro was the perfect spot to celebrate the end of finals for our kids. Such a great layout and plenty of space to catch up, relax and make memories together! It’s hard to beat the views from the cabins.

This place is amazing! Cabins are rustic and charming. Walking distance to river. We met friends from several different states for a retreat! Comfortable, plenty of room to spread out! We loved learning about the history of the cabins! Everything was great! We will definitely stay again!

Best Get Away you’ll find!

Pictures do not do this place justice, great views and easy access to the river! Hands down best house I’ve stayed at in the area. Owners are super nice and even dropped us off a gift, will be a repeat customer from here on!

McGuffin family getaway

Amazing family gathering spot for making memories!

This was year two for our crew to gather at Camp Milagro after our eldest grandson requested that we go back to the cabins. It was such a sweet time again! The fireplaces were perfect when a cold front came through and we enjoyed long walks, time around the firepit sharing stories and roasting marshmellows. It's just rustic enough to make you feel like you've really gotten away and still has all the creature comforts. We love Camp Milagro!

A vacation full of memories

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Outside of food, nothing was needed. Everything you could need or think you would need is there. It was in the low 40s the whole time, but we were all comfortable and warm. The scenery is something you can’t imagine unless you see it. It’s a peaceful and a wonderful break from the daily grind. The pictures do not do this house or property justice. It exceeded our expectations! We will definitely return again.

Amazing Unique Hill Country Cabin

Fantastic !

Annual Family (girls) trip to the area and Camp Milagro was the best! Easy access to the river, spectacular views and a authentic cabin retreat. Enjoyed many activities including tubing, boating on Canyon Lake, shopping in Gruene and hanging out at Milagro in the.dipping pool. The kids review-“ this is our favorite” stay! Sophia is a great host, cabins have everything you need and more. Easily a 5 star stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect escape from reality!

Our group of 9 adults had an incredible time at Camp Milagro. There was enough room for everyone to spread out but still be together. Sophia was incredible to work with. She checked in on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. We are already planning a trip back!
