This house and the location is perfect for our annual family river trip. We plan to rent again next year. Super close to tube rentals. We took a nice long float and then enjoyed relaxing in chairs in the river in front of the house. Although we did not spend much time inside, the living room furniture is comfortable and the beds were as well. The kitchen had everything we needed and the porch was perfect for visiting. Communication with the host was easy. Great weekend!

Summer Vacation

The property was beautiful, with a great view of the river. The house very clean and was a perfect fit for our family stay. Communication with the property host was excellent and very prompt. Love this river house!

We absolutely loved our stay at this river house. Our favorite part was the patio and view. It's situated in the perfect spot and never got too hot (the ceiling fans were a huge plus). The condo had everything we needed: a huge kitchen with a bunch of cookware and a living room that was big enough to comfortably seat our group. I love when vrbos actually have enough seating for the amount of guests. Our only improvements would be to invest in better mattresses and have a few lamps so that the overhead lighting isn't the only option. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was my third stay at this property and every trip is even better than the last! Can’t beat the private beach front access to the river and the great people we meet every year staying at other houses. Always a great time!

Labor Day weekend

Great weekend! I’ve stayed here before and brought friends for their first time. We were sitting in the river planning our next trip already! Best place to stay if you’re gonna make a river trip; you will not regret it! 6 stars outta 5!

Perfect River front get away

We had a party of 8 guests and it accommodated us perfectly! The condo was clean and very nice. The property is right next to the river and is a great place to hang out. It is also very close to places to eat a different places to drop in for tubing! We will be rebooking for next year! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Great location! On the quieter end of the river. Great view of cliffs. Walked to Cap’s tube/shuttle company. Only thing we didn’t realize til we got there that parking was allowed on the gravel bar beach area.

Everything was great, clean rooms and neighborhood! Walk to the water was short or you can drive. Only complaint is the bedrooms were a little warm for June/July. But I always bring a fan ☺️😉. Would return again!

Happy Easter

House was amazing. Just wish the weather could have been hotter. Own was amazing words can't describe the relaxation and the view's was awesome. Only down fall was another family was having to much fun loud music till 4 am but other than that I had one of my best birthday with my wife and kids. Will probably go back soon.
