Enjoy the HOT TUB, chaise lounges and Barbecue Pits just outside your private POOLSIDE patio nestled in BEAUTIFUL Banana Trees. No other Waterwheel condo location compares to this unit. Escape to RELAXING Waterwheel Resort Condominiums in beautiful New Braunfels, Texas. Our comfortable, relaxing and well-equipped POOLSIDE/ Hot Tub condominium is located on the banks of the Guadalupe River just 5 blocks from Schlitterbahn Water Park and the Comal River.

You will be amazed at all there is to do here. Imagine yourself relaxing in one of our 2 swimming pools or 4 hot tubs. There are picnic tables and BBQ grills located under the pecan trees next to the pool/hot tub area in a large, beautiful park-like setting. There are BBQ pits just outside your patio as well.

Our clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 1st floor. You will enjoy a relaxing view from the gated poolside patio which can be accessed directly from the living room. It is a great place to enjoy a good book and a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the afternoon or evening with friends and/or family members while you watch the kids swim in the pool.

Inside the living area you will find a very comfortable sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, love seat and chair to relax on while you watch cable TV on the 42” flat screen LCD TV. In the fully stocked kitchen you will find everything you need. There is a Kuerig coffeemaker with pods as well as a drip coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, coffee, assorted creamers and sweeteners, dishwasher, microwave, full-size range, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, dishes/utensils and blender for those refreshing frozen concoctions you love to enjoy while on vacation.

In the master bedroom you will find a flat screen television. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed as well.
Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space with extra blankets and pillows. Washer and dryer are available for your use as well.

You will also enjoy have a reserved parking place just steps from the front door.
No stairs or elevator!

Now, more reasons why you should come to New Braunfels for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. Literally blocks(walking distance) from Waterwheel Resort is the #1 waterpark in the country….Schlitterbahn!! New Braunfels is also home to great shopping and a couple of nearby wineries. If tubing or kayaking on the river and playing at Schlitterbahn are not enough, famous Gruene shopping, Gruene Dance Hall (Texas’ oldest dance hall) and delicious Gristmill Restaurant are just minutes away (3 miles) in Gruene, Texas.

The charming Texas hill country has an abundance of things to do as well. Fishing and water sports are also available at picturesque Canyon Lake. Still need more to do?

The #1 outlet mall in the country is located just a short 10 minute drive up interstate 35 in nearby San Marcos along with the San Marcos river. San Antonio is home to the Alamo, Riverwalk, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Spurs and Sea World.

During peach season (May through August), Fredericksburg is just a short drive away. Besides delicious peaches, Fredericksburg is known for its wineries, German Biergartens and great shopping especially antiques. You will also find the President Lyndon Johnson home and ranch there. Austin is only 44 miles away and is home to the Texas State Capitol and the LBJ Presidential Museum.

And not to be forgotten is New Braunfels’ Wurstfest celebration, a 10 day salute to sausage every year at the first of November.

This is THE spot

Stayed at these condos different unit in the past and this was far better! Clean, had everything you might need- air fryer, Full kitchen, all the coffee and fixings, PRIME spot right on the pool. Even had floaties with pump there for use! Hot water, cool AC, best parking. And, check in and out was a breeze. The river was beautiful and perfect for fishing, playing with kids or dogs. Just watch out for the Karen's next door property

Fabulous property, host, and check in

I almost had to cancel last minute due to a death in the family, the host was so accommodating and empathetic. My family got to go on without me and loved everything about the property. I can’t hardly wait to go myself!

Relaxing weekend away

We had a wonderful stay. The host was really great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. The unit was clean and well kept. We particularly enjoyed being just steps away from the community pool! The provided coffee, oatmeal, and granola bars were a great touch as well. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Communication with Greg was great, and the condo had everything we needed and more. We appreciated the extra touches like disposable coffee cups and granola bars, hot chocolate mixes and plenty of cream/sugar/sweeteners. The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of extra pillows, which is always a plus. The condo is in a great location and we loved the convenience of the first floor patio! Parking was super easy too. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back! Thank you so much, Greg and Elizabeth! We loved the personal recommendations and background on your family included in the binder, too! Thanks for a wonderful last getaway before school starts!! (The Silvio Family from The Woodlands)

Pool outside your back door!

Hassle-free check in just input the door code, put you stuff down and jump in the pool located at your back patio. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our family. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed to cook inside as well as on the grill in the pool area.We enjoyed both the pools on the property and walking down to the river. Gruene is only about 8 min. from the condo so we enjoyed walking and shopping aound there and we also loved floating and playing at Rio Vista park in San Marcos (only 20 min. away). We will definitely stay here agin.

Great Holiday Escape

We enjoyed our stay and were surprised by the amount of hot tubs/heat pool available during this cool season. The condo was spacious and included a lot of little amenities in the kitchen. New Braunfels offered more than enough activities and restaurants to keep us in the holiday spirit.
