This stunning villa, with sensational hilltop views, boasts a rock waterfall cascading into an infinity pool and oversized hot tub, making it the perfect outdoor oasis. Ideal for Large Groups as a vacation rental and events for Family Reunions, Rehearsal Dinners, Corporate Off-sites, Executive Meetings, Team-building retreats, Yoga retreats, and much more!

The outdoor space is complete with a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen, which includes a 48-inch commercial-grade grill and gas-fired pizza oven. An outdoor shaded patio also gives you access to an oversized ice machine, under-counter beverage cooler, and wet bar kitchenette. Enjoy a margarita from the bar as you sunbathe on the large deck, with a garage door-style screen, looking out over Texas Hill Country.

Moving indoors, a state-of-the-art lounge has several areas to relax and/or have a private conversation. You can take a seat at the bar and admire the handmade bar top, or feel like a professional chef using the top-of-the-line commercial kitchen with two ovens. Should you hire a professional chef, the kitchen will also fit their needs with a 6-burner commercial cooktop, 24” flat top, ice maker, drink station, wine cooler, and plenty of prep space.

Want to relax in front of a fireplace on a chilly evening? Curl up in our cozy furniture in the Stone Room, a covered outdoor area located just off the lounge featuring a gas-fired fireplace. Program the Sonos sound system with your favorite tunes to enjoy indoors and out.

Lariat Springs will accommodate up to 14 overnight guests comfortably in 5 bedrooms: 3 king rooms and 2 double queen rooms. One king room is handicap accessible. Each room has an attached private bath, independent HVAC unit, 50” TV, Sonos sound system, beverage cooler, coffee station, and microwave. Two to four additional guests can “rough it” on our comfortable air mattresses if need be.

The gated parking lot is secure and has room for up to 20 vehicles. Lariat Springs is your premier New Braunfels venue for a wedding rehearsal dinner, a family wedding hub, an off-site corporate team-building retreat, or family reunion.

*Please note the commercial grade stove is gas so there is a pilot light so there is a slight smell of gas.

Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $83.74 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Happy Guest is web-based and user-friendly, with all the info about the house and local spots.
