This beautiful house, located on River Road in New Braunfels, TX, offers large elevated decks with a cliff view. The decks have outdoor couches and chairs for lounging.
From here, you can grab a tube, jump in the river, and catch a shuttle right back to your front door.
The area is filled with live music venues, shopping, restaurants, museums, parks, golfing, etc. We are located 10 min. from Historic Gruene; 15 min. from New Braunfels and Canyon Lake; 30 min. from San Antonio, San Marcos, Wimberley and 1 hr. from Austin.

If you are looking for a wonderful family vacation spot, this is it! This is a fantastic 3/2 home that will sleep 12 (please note that the house is on a septic system). There is direct access to the river via a short pathway, with a beautiful beach area to play in if you don't want to tube the river. (Tubes are available for rent right next door and they will bring you back to the house when you're done!) You can also fish right from the property, we are in the prime fishing zone!

This home, located in the gated community of Cliffview Condominiums, sits across from a beautiful cliff 75 yards back from the Guadalupe River. From here you have private access to 400' of rock beach located between the 2nd and 3rd River crossings.

The house is outfitted with granite counter tops, wooden floors, full kitchen, washer, dryer, a grill, smart TV in the living room, and much more. Linens, bath towels and washcloths are provided.
The master bedroom has a King Size bed with a TV, closet, ceiling fan, night stands and chest of drawers. This bedroom has a private deck. The 2nd bedroom has one double bed, nightstands, and a closet. The 3rd bedroom has four double beds, a ceiling fan and a closet.

We enjoyed jessica's spot. The river was very close.We did a little bit of fishing.We barbecued, we definitely enjoyed ourselves, and we would definitely stay again. Check in process was easy.I called her twice, and she responded very quickly. The beds were very comfy.The balcony in the master bedroom was amazing and private and I loved every minute of it.

Memorial family gathering

Family quality time in a perfect condo. This house had everything you could ever need. Pots pans towels and toilet paper and plenty of blankets. Perfect spot for my family. Communication with the host was very good and responded right away.. We will book this place again every year. Thank you Jessica

Perfect vacay at the River!!

This property is exactly as described!! The private river access was such a bonus and a beautiful place to relax and hang out in the river! Jessica (host) was a pleasure to work with! We are already looking at the calendar for a return stay!

Location - Cliff View

Location - the location from the map is different than the house you will stay at. This was the only disappointment for us. We love this area and enjoy the private gated community. The house is right at the entrance not facing the water. Owner did apologize and stated they can't change the location on the map. I just want another family to know about the location, it's still a great spot and a walk or you can drive your car down to the private river access. Its shallow and a great hangout spot. The house was in good condition and had lots of amenities perfect for our family! Floating - We used Caps Crossing right next door we walked over and used them to transport us to drop off. They have 2- or 5-hour floats when we were there. You can get out at the house (if you bring your own tubes) or it's just a few feet passed the house exit and get out at Caps and return rented tubes.

The condos are in a great location with a wonderful river front area to float, play, and relax! It's perfect for small kids, as the water is shallow at the bank so they can fish and catch crawdads and minnows! The condo itself was well stocked with all the amenities. We cooked every night and had everything we needed! This is our second time to stay at this location, but our first at this condo. We will always try to book with Jessica in the future! She was very responsive and a great host!

Quick summer getaway

There were 8 of us. My wife and I, our 20 yr old kids and their significants. Condo was clean, had everything we needed. Room for everyone with plenty of parking. This particular unit has more parking than others. Plus it has added deck behind it. Great spot under condo to play cornhole while grilling. The bunk bed matresses are more for smaller kids. They fit adults fine but uncomfortable. The dishwasher is in bad shape but works. Now for what you really want to know. This place is 2 minutes by car from Mountain Breeze, which is a great place to put in the river. Then there is the swimming hole that is the waterfront of the property. This is a great spot to sun,float and swim. The water is deep enough to swim and play. Occasional tubers go by and you can drive your car right to the water. If the water is low and the float is slow, this is a great spot to get in and stay cool. We had a great time and already planning another trip.

May River Trip

The house is very nice with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The house was well stocked and clean. When we arrived, the house had a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite the strict no smoking policy. After a couple of days, the cigarette smoke smell went away. I had expected the house to be right on the river and it is not, I wasn’t able to see the river from the house but it was only a short walk or drive to the river from the house. I was glad we were able to drive and park our vehicle on the private river beach.

Very nice and comfortable

The Residence was nice and clean, and everything we needed in the kitchen was available so we didn’t need to into town to purchase anything. The only negative is that it’s not a quite or relaxing to stay durning a holiday or weekend. After the majority of other occupants in the other residences left after the weekend it was quite nice. ,

River trip!

We loved the house! We have stayed at this location (different houses) for the past few years but this house was my favorite so far. Very clean and Jessica was very attentive to any questions I had. We will be coming back for sure next year.

Wonderful place to stay!!

This house was perfect for our group! Summer family trip with our 4 adult children (Ages 22 - 27) and their significant others. Plenty of space for us all. Super bonus - The house is next door to the tube rental! Location could not have been any better. Plenty of outdoor seating on the the porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee and relaxed reading. The home owner was always quick to answer all of my questions before our stay. I highly recommend this condo when looking for a place to stay in New Braunfels! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!
