Alana was incredible to work with and accommodated our extended stay as a loved one had a medical emergency in the area.The area was safe, the views of sailboats in the harbor was wonderful, and my wife and I enjoyed the quietness of a resort and the convenience of a washer and dryer as our stay turned into a week!

Relaxing vacation rental

The best part of our stay was making coffee in the morning and sitting on the screen porch relaxing, listening to the birds. A short walk to the harbor or the rec center (with two pools! - $10/day for the 2 of us). Very quiet, felt safe.

Priced right

The condo is about 15 minutes from downtown New Bern. The bed is on the soft side, it’s a real small place, and the porch is very dusty, but we enjoyed our visit and it worked for us.

Nice place

Unfortunately, the reason for my trip took a bad turn and I got stuck without transportation. Thankfully, I had booked this nice condo because I was stranded for a week, and considering what I had gone through due to another person, the condo saved me. It gave me a comfortable, safe, clean place to stay. No one bothered me, it was nice and quiet. Perfect size for a short to medium stay, for me anyway. If I ever come back to New Bern, I'd definitely stay here again. Added note, excellent WIFI signal.

Fairfield harbour

The communication between us and owner was good. The area was nice, from the condo we were at it was just a short distance to the dock and benches to watch the sunset. Unfortunately we were relocated at the last minute and did not have the condo that faced the water. Also the one we were given was also in need of a little repair. Acouple of light bulbs were out, the clock on the wall needed a new battery, the bathroom sick did not drain well and had only hot water. The kitchen sufficiently supplied. The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. Since some of the other condo units were under repair, I am wondering if they are all going to get a facelift.

Porch Tranquility

This condo was very quaint and perfect for what we needed. The porch was one of my favorite features. Perfect for relaxing, reading and napping!! Close enough to New Bern to enjoy the shops and waterfront.

Perfect!

It was exactly as described. Neat, tidy, clean, and in a great, safe location. Just steps from the river, the pool, and one of the prettiest sunsets I’ve seen in a while. I’d highly recommend it!

Perfect fit for what we needed.

Was a great long weekend for us. Bungalow was just right for what we needed. Have family in area that we spent our days with and enjoyed returning to rental and enjoyed screened in porch for a nightcap. Would definitely check availability next time we are looking to come down. Thanks again!

Small place in a quiet neighborhood

The stay was good, people next door were a bit noisy the second night, but the area was quiet overall, and everyone we met were friendly. Check out the nature park close by! We're happy with our stay.

Quiet, relaxing, healing stay

This is a small, very well cared for condo! The porch is wonderful even in February! With the sun coming in to the porch in the afternoon, a very restful time to have some hot tea in the sun. This place must be amazing in the spring or fall when you can really enjoy the environment. Thank You!
