"Everything was absolutely amazing! The rooms and areas were clean and inviting. The pool was an aquatic center full of things to do and even a waterfall from the ceiling! The front desk people were the most courteous and helpful. They even had a guide pamphlet to help us find places to eat (which included a courtesy shuttle within a certain amount of miles) and another helping visitors with activities and things to see in the area. The breakfast was delicious with waffles, egg omelettes,...

"On Expedia, this property is listed as No pets allowed, which is why we chose it. I have allergies and need a no pet location. While there, we saw several dogs in the hotel. Their actual website says pets allowed. Expedia has the wrong information!!!"

"We have stayed at this hotel before and would do so again. It is clean. Breakfast is good. They are pet friendly and are willing to put us in a room away from other guests (when possible) to keep our dog quiet. The only challenge this time was check in. They were rekeying all the doors so it was loud and the key did not work, twice. The second time that we carried our stuff to the 4th floor and the key did not work, the fire alarm sounded right above our head. That was rough for our little dog....

"Awesome time and great price for just one night. However I wish they would have specified that you have to have a card on you for a $25 refundable fee that will be paid back the next day. We arrived for check-in at 4, as advised, and we were told they didn't have enough clean rooms yet and to come back in 45 minutes to an hour. The time passed and I was once again told they didn't have any rooms available yet and that they would call me when they were. Another hour passed without any notice so I...

"We appreciated the space and updates to the room. The room was clean and loved the updates to the bathroom. We would definitely choose this hotel again. The breakfast was as expected with the usual cold and hot items. My only criticism is that the beds are a bit firm, pillows were flat, and the sink didn’t drain well, but I’ve stayed at worse places.
