"Our Daughters wedding was here in Cincinnati and my husband and I along with friends and family were all coming from out of state. We reserved two of Ben and Kate’s places which were close to each other and to the venue. We felt right at home. So many features that made our stay so nice , comfortable beds, great pillows, soft towels, well stocked, extra places to easily charge phones, super clean and even toys for little ones, pickle ball set and corn hole i wish we had had time to play. "This home is very beautiful and more spacious than I really expected. The location was super convenient for us to visit the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We found a couple of local places to eat while staying here. I really loved this home and will keep it on our list of places to return to. "

"We brought our church youth group to KY to visit The Ark Encounter and wanted to stay somewhere clean, safe, and close by. We were not disappointed!! The house was spotless and the grounds welcoming. Will definitely recommend to future groups planning a trip."

" We have stayed many places over the years, and this one tops them all. The guests for our large church group were delighted with this home. It was very easy to meet in small groups and the large group as needed. The kitchen had everything needed to cook/serve the large group. Extremely easy check out."

"We loved our stay at The Woodlands and would love to stay again! The owners were so helpful and kind and the property was just beautiful. The listing doesn't do the view justice! It was a surprise to also be able to fit our large family of 8 at the dining room table and STILL have room to spare. The bathrooms were well stocked with linens (more than enough for our entire family!). The sunsets were gorgeous and the proximity to The Ark just cannot be beat. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Farmhouse! The house itself was perfect for our large group, and we very much enjoyed the fire pit and the gorgeous sunsets. The kids enjoyed the recreation room downstairs, and the grownups enjoyed cooking delicious meals and eating around the table together. "Very clean house, it was the perfect place to relax and spend our week in Tennessee! The views are amazing, the hot tub was wonderful, and the host, Carla, was so responsive.Homemade cookies upon check in were an unexpected surprise! Added bonus was all the kitchen supplies/utensils that were in the kitchen. It made making dinners so much easier! Will stay again if ever in the area. "
