In the attic of the house is the spacious 60 sqm 2.5 room apartment with Baltic Sea views. In the living / dining area you will find a cozy fully equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, capsule coffee machine from Cremesso, mini oven and a dishwasher. The living room is equipped with a TV and CD radio. For cozy hours on cold days, the stove provides. The bedroom has a 160x200m double bed, 2 walk-in closets and a TV. In demarcated adjoining room you will find another bedroom with two single beds 90x200m. The spacious bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, washing machine, hairdryer and underfloor heating. On the property is a small cozy terrace with seating and charcoal grill. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

In a well maintained family home with 4 units are our 3 lovely and comfortably furnished apartments for 2-4 persons. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac location on the edge of the seaside resort Pelzerhaken in the Bay of Lübeck. In the basement of the house are a 1 room and a 1 2/2 room apartment, each with separate entrance and directly adjacent terraces with their own beach chairs (from April to October) and barbecue facilities. In the attic of the house is a beautiful bright 2.5 room apartment with Baltic Sea views. Parking is available directly at the house. Dogs are welcome and in the immediate vicinity there are plenty of opportunities for walks such as dog beach or numerous dirt roads.    

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.

Alles was man braucht

Geräumige, gut beheizte Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Der Kaminofen macht was her, haben ihn aber nicht gebraucht. Danke an Fam. Hilbert für den freundlichen Empfang und manchen Tipp!

Beschreibung der Wohnung nicht wirklich gut

Das Objekt war soweit okay, die Putzkraft scheint jedoch nur die wichtigeren Dinge zu beachten und klassische Staubfänger etc. machen ihrem Namen alle Ehre. Auf den Bildern ist nicht erkennbar, wie klein die Küche doch eigentlich ist. Es ist auch nirgends ersichtlich, dass das halbe Zimmer direkt vom Schlafzimmer abgeht und keine richtige Tür zur Abtrennung vorhanden ist. Würde ich mit Kind nicht wieder buchen, als Paar okay wenn man nicht richtig kochen möchte und nur zum Schlafen vor Ort ist.

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Bei Fragen hätten wir sie jederzeit ansprechen können. Die Wohnung war für uns 3 völlig ausreichend.
