"This is a good property. It is just outside the city near water (not the main river, a side creek. It's a quiet community with plenty of amenities. Check in was easy, it took just a few seconds to get the door unlocked (keypad) but once you did it it was easy. Alana, my host, was attentive and responsive. I had no issues but I'm certain she would have quickly responded if she was needed.
The room was cozy, about the size of a large extended stay hotel room. It was a little dated but I...

"Overall a very poor experience. This was a VBRO rental through Travelocity. We got not check in instructions and had to make several phone calls to get assistance for check in. Overall almost 2 hours after a day of travel to get into the unit. The unit is very sparsely furnished and has only a double bed and couch. The place was not very clean either. Would definitely not rent again"

"Immediately upon entering found a cockroach in the house. Reached out to host and she could careless. Told me i needed to sweep it up and dispose of it. Took a chance with a different vrbo because our normal spot was taken this trip to havelock and boy did everyone in my party regret it. This house is beyond gross. Every single person with me asked multiple times about the normal place we rent and how this one was much worse quality and the house being gross. Not to mention all the shotty work...
