With a view of the Viennese forest and over Neulengbach, just a few minutes walk from the town center with shops, is this beautiful, modern style, completely renovated apartment.

On the first floor there is this stylishly furnished apartment of 55 m2, which consists of a spacious living area with open kitchen and dining area, as well as 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You also have a south-facing balcony with a wonderful view. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed. The high-quality equipment and the warm decor ensure that you feel at home. The apartment also has fly screens and electric roller blinds. In short, a wonderful apartment where you can enjoy your stay.

The location of the apartment is perfect, sunny, just a few steps from the center of Neulengbach, centrally located in the Vienna Woods, you can be in the west of Vienna in about 30 minutes or you can also travel comfortably by train. The train station is within walking distance. In about 30 minutes you need to go to the state capital St. To drive St. Pölten. In and around Neulengbach there are wonderful hiking trails or you can also explore the area around Neulengbach by bike. Tulln can be reached in 20 minutes by car, here you can also go water skiing. The beautiful Wachau - the world cultural heritage can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

We offer you an extra shopping service. We will contact you by email about a week before your arrival. If you are interested, you can indicate which foods and cosmetics you would like to find on arrival. Subject to availability in the shops of Neulengbach. We take care of it and on arrival you will find your order in the kitchen. Beneficial for your trunk and your time!

You can also charge your electric or hybrid car with us. For this you need a connection 400 volt 3 phases 16 amps. Consumption is billed separately. You can park your car directly in the parking lot in front of the house.

Das Appartement war für unseren 1 Wochen Aufenthalt perfekt. Alles neu, modern, sehr gut ausgestattet. Für uns war die Lage passend, da wir sowohl Naturnähe hatten als auch gut zu einem P&R und mit Öffentlichen nach Wien Innenstadt kamen.

Es war eine sehr schöne Wohnung, insbesondere genossen wir es, eine Klimaanlage zu haben, da es über 30 Grad waren. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und Vermieter immer erreichbar.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man sich wünscht (inklusive einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche). Neulengbach ist sehr gut gelegen und hat eine gute Anbindung an Wien. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und alles für den täglichen Bedarf war vorhanden. Maria war sehr nett und hat uns sogar noch den Schlüssel für zwei Fahrräder gegeben. Der Check-in mit dem Schlüsselsafe hat problemlos geklappt. Toll sind auch die ganzen Prospekte für Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, sowie die Auflistung von Supermärkten, Apotheken und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und bot alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Die Rollläden und die Klimananlage ließen die Wohnung auch an heißen Tagen angenehm kühl sein. Alles war sehr modern ausgestattet (bis auf den Fernseher vielleicht) und auch das WLAN war wirklich schnell. Zudem gab es die Möglichkeit die Wäsche zu waschen und aufzuhängen, was wirklich angenehm sein kann. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Auch die ganzen Flyer für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung waren hilfreich. Kritikpunkte für uns waren, dass das mit dem Schlüsselsafe nicht gut funktioniert hat, aber unsere Vermieterin konnte schnell helfen. Auch auf Nachrichten reagierte sie umgehend. Trotzdem wäre ein persönlicher Kontakt schön gewesen. Unpraktisch war die Dusche, bei der das Wasser auch gerne mal außerhalb des Duschbereichs landet. Der Balkon war sehr angenehm, jedoch fänden wir eine Sitzgruppe mit Stühlen und einem Tisch angenehmer, um draußen auch einmal essen zu können. Zudem wären ein paar Topflappen hilfreich gewesen. Das sind allerdings alles nur Kleinigkeiten und wir würden die Ferienwohnung mit gutem Gewissen auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man sich für einen Aufenthalt wünscht, es hat an nichts gemangelt. Die Küche hatte alles was man auch zu Hause findet. Der Ort ist ruhig und beschaulich, man hat alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die man zur Versorgung braucht. Die weitere Umgebung bietet gute Möglichkeiten zur Erholung.

Sehr netter Empfang von der Vermieterin. Im Anschluss die Schlüsselübergabe und Erklärung der Wohnung. Dort gab es schon die ersten Tipps um Wien und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Wohnung war einfach perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im weiteren Verlauf unseres Urlaubs hatten wir mehrmals Kontakt mit Frau Weichinger-Gastmayr von der wir immer wieder wertvolle Tipps bekamen, vom U-Bahn Plan bis zu Info vom Konzert der Wiener Philharmoniker u.s.w. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und wir können die Unterkunft und die sehr nette Vermieterin nur weiterempfehlen.
