"It’s a little outside of Lucerne, so be prepared to have a car specifically for this location. Transportation isn’t nearby or walkable and the Ubers are expensive! Other than that, it was awesome to have free breakfast and a bunch of dining options so close by on the shared property. The room and bathroom were large and clean! "

"Restaurant staff were amazing! Hotel rooms are very hot & the beds very uncomfortable, but it’s one of the cheapest hotels you can find in Switzerland that isn't an hostel! Bathrooms are nice too for the place. Transportation is easy via bus that comes every 30 minutes. "

"We booked this a couple of hours before we arrived as we are driving to France. This has to be one of the best stays we've had in any hotel. The village itself is gorgeous and very quaint. The hotel is immaculate and full of character and charm. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The spa was unexpected and we had it all to ourselves. "The lake view is beyond beautiful. The staff was excellent and kind. It rained while we were there so we didn’t get to swim in the lake like we wanted to but it was still beautiful. The Swiss flag on the rock is directly behind the hotel. No valet parking, kind of rude people asked us to move the car prior to even walking up to the desk to check-in to ask where the proper place to park. We’ve never been here! "We were able to walk to this hotel even with it being across the river from the train station. It is a historic hotel located right on the river.So you are guaranteed great views.If you are on the river side. The rooms were up to date and clean.
