"The hotel is great! Super location and friendly staff. A few things that we were not happy about: the lack of AC in the gym (was impossible to work out there) and the unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Our room was on the 1 floor, so maybe that was the reason but it constantly smelled like sewage, which was unpleasant. Also, the shower could be cleaner as there was a lot of calc on the shower heads. The rest was fine :) the nice lounge on the 7 floor was also very cool!"

"Dry good check in when we arrived. Room was on first floor and near the lift so a little noisy. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was small, but had everything you needed. Water in the showers did run a little hot/cold as mentioned in previous reviews. Breakfast was good, it a little hit & miss; had expected at least a run down on the first day of how it worked - some tables offered tea/coffee by the waiters, some people shown to a table when first coming in…for a 5* would have...

"A lovely hotel. Check-in was fast. There are enough lifts to take you to all floors quickly. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is close to transport stops and walkable to some notable tourist attractions. The bar and restaurant are worth a visit and (once again) staff are very friendly in them. If I had any critism it would be the corporate design which makes the corridors long and dull."

"The breakfasts were absolutely unique and memorable. Quiet spa music plays while you select from an amazing assortment of food choices, not the usual wet scrambled eggs with sausage! The room was very quiet, the bed extremely comfortable. We really can’t say enough good things about this boutique hotel. "Loved the location. We were immediately next to buses and a train station and within a 10 minute walk of museum island and the Berlin TV tower. The hotel, with its George Baselitz themed art was quirky and fun. Exceptional and helpful staff, nice room and a good bar for a cocktail. Breakfast prices were quite high, and the breakfast buffet was good, but choose breakfast included if you have that option!"
