"Lovely greeting by staff, clean, well proportioned rooms, nicely decorated room, bathroom good. Parts of the building could do with a freshen up but right on the seafront, near town, shops, restaurants. Didn’t try the food but attentive bar staff made my drink how i wanted it."

"Perfect location in Lyme, especially with parking. Comfy bed. Disappointed pool not open, and surprised not to get a discount via Expedia. Common parts very old but apparently will be updated in next few years. Will be excellent when completed"

"The room was smaller than expected, but this was partly on us for booking late with limited choice, but it could have been better maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bar and restaurant were very good with a nice outside seating area."
