"My husband and I stayed for one night and found this all inclusive hotel fantastic. You are welcomed by the most friendliest concierge people. The room is clean and quiet. You have an array of delicious all-inclusive food and drinks (alcoholic drinks of their local brands are included as well!). The walk to the old town is just simply calming and beautiful. It’s a 5-10 minute walk so the location is ideal. Parking is easy (paid 12levs). We will definitely be back! "

"Perfect holiday spot! Professional and helpful staff looking after guest with care. Close to the old town of Nessebar, beach and beach clubs - Cacao Beach and Bedroom Beach. Brekkie was ok but could be more diverse for longer stays and more fruits would be nice. Overall great stay :)"

"1 gece konaklama yaptik. Otelin konumu güzel. Resepsiyonda görevli personel ilgili ve guleryuzlu. Ancak kahvaltıyı begenmedik. Varna ve Filibe de kaldığımız oteller 3 yildizli olmasina rağmen kahvalti çeşitliliği ve lezzetleri cok iyiydi. Restauranttaki personelde cok soğuktu. "

"Lovely hotel. Unfortunately they changed the air conditioning for heating the day we arrived which was totally unnecessary. It was incredibly hot during the night. Also we received an unscheduled guest at 10pm - the bellboy entered the room without knocking as he went to the wrong room. Was not impressed! "

"Bra hotell lite utanför själva partycentralen. Tryggt och säkert men slitet. Min balkong hade hotellets AC-aggregat utanför så ljudnivån var allt annat än angenäm. Bra men lite enformig mat. Mycket trevlig personal som tog väl hand om gästerna. (Bortsett från badvakten/Handdukskillen som var sjukt otrevlig.) Om man gillar All inclusive så är det ett bra hotell. Orten som sådan är otroligt turistig. Det finns bara massa hotell, barer och turistshoppar som säljer märkeskopior. I övrigt får man ge...

"Good basic rooms with AC and fridge and small tv, and small balcony, no cooking possibilities so keep that in mind, but no problem since many restaurants nearby (shout out to shrek bbq, try it) we found it a breeze staying a week here, will be back!"

"Good location, room was big, helpful staff. Spa and sauna a bit crap, breakfast was average. Should stop people leaving towels on deckchairs all day. Bit expensive for what we got."

"I booked this hotel last moment because of a storm and change of travel plans. The bed in the bedroom was in a terrible condition. There were no clean linen for the mattress size provided . There were two smaller size cover linen provided, folded on the bed which were very old. The pillows smelled. There was no clean sheet provided for the mattress - only a mattress protector . The mattress protector was very dirty, full of sand, hair, old stains and unsanitary. The bathroom smelled terribly....

"Hotel was lovely, taxi driver that the hotel organised was waiting at the airport very impressed how easy that was to get to the hotel. the balcony we have was in a brilliant spot overlooking the sea, but we lost the sun in the early evening. Food was very good. On the bar, Ruman was very helpful, remembering our room number and what drinks we always ordered. "

"The room was very clean. We had a nice view of the Black Sea. Downside was that the shower drain was plugged. Didn't know how to contact anyone for help. Also didn't know where to find the entrance or office. It was around the back of the building. Nice lady there to help us find our room."
