"We chose this house because it was so close to the downtown area of Georgetown. We spent the weekend here for a wedding, which was also only about 10 minutes away. The house was extremely cozy and comfortable with plenty of room for the six of us. Anytime I had a question the owner responded immediately. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This was a fantastic place to stay. The house is very clean and comfortable with five large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans and utensils. There is a view of the river from the den and kitchen table. The den is large with plenty of comfortable seating for watching football on the large screen TV. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with lots of parking. The boat landing and the dock made it very convenient to launch our 24 foot center console boat....

"Staying on this historic boat was a really unique experience! The location is great! We spent a beautiful evening on the water enjoying the view across the water and watching the wildlife. We got a bonus and enjoyed listening to live music from a nearby restaurant on a Friday night. If you’re looking for a unique experience… this is a fun option! (Do note the details in the listing as this is a historic boat that has been retrofitted for overnight stays and is a little quirky.)"
