"I fell absolutely in love with this house. The views off decks in upstairs bedroom are to die for! The house is very clean, very big especially for mixes of family and friends. I immediately felt comfortable. The only one issues was 1 TV in entire house, I loved that not so much teenage girls. Also, closest thing to a city is 45 min drive. But you still WILL LOVE THIS HOUSE!!"

"The location is great close to the beach and town. The kitchen has everything and more. The real fire place was amazing. The heated floors in the bathroom are nice. The pillars outside the living room do take away from the breathtaking views. Breathtaking to me means no obstruction. The view outside on the deck was perfect for 2 to sit together and look out. I expected to access the house by stairs just didn't expect to get a notice the day prior to arrival saying the only way to access the...

"Excellent for someone with a dog. Very neat and clean. Enjoyed the view. One suggestion! The bed is small and not comfortable. A new mattress would be nice. "

"This unique cottage in a quiet neighborhood provides a lovely view of the ocean with the calming sound of distant breakers. The double mattress is very soft, and we noticed a few ants in the kitchen but the home was otherwise clean and well equipped. A moderate walk (or short drive) down the hill takes you to a wonderful little cove with rocky outcrops to explore or just watch the waves crash for hours. Simply delightful."

"Overall, we really liked this rental. It was spotlessly clean, although we did find a number of maintenance issues that need to be addressed like a leak under the kitchen sink, a slow drain, partially rotted door sill. We loved the location in a quiet neighborhood. The view from upstairs was lovely, and we sat upstairs every evening to take in the view and enjoy our wine. We found the beds to be very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again."

"First time visiting the Gold Beach area. The location is gorgeous. The house is right on the beach. Easy access to the beach from the house. The house is huge and has a great layout. The hot tub was a big bonus. The only complaints were little ones, such as the fan in bedroom didn’t work, the shower drain clogged, freezer was pretty dirty, otherwise, everything else was perfect. We would absolutely return to this rental in the future."
