"Shower wouldnt turn off, called front desk multiple times, multiple hangups by the staff, and was told a maintence man would be up. No one showed. After an hour of waiting they told us to come to the front desk. "1st - they charged me at the counter even though I showed them the receipt that I paid. They said they got a msg that I had to pay at the counter. 2nd - they heat didn’t work well. It was very cold all night. I couldn’t sleep at all. It was terrible. 3rd- there was NO hot water. I had to do my diligences with very cold cold cold water.
