IT IS A VERY QUIET PLACE, SURROUNDED BY SEA VIEWS AND THE SPECTACULAR MOUNTAINS, WHERE IT CAN BE IN ADDITION TO RESTING, EXCURSIONS AND PRACTICE VARIOUS SPORTS, BOTH AQUATICS AND TERRESRES.
THE HOUSE IS VERY WELL SITUATED, ONLY FIVE MINUTES ON FOOT FROM THE BEACH, RESTAURANTS, CAFETERIA, SUPERMARKET AND LEISURE AREA VERY NEAR.
IT HAS THREE BEDROOMS WITH TWO BEDS EACH ONE, INDEPENDENT KITCHEN (COMPLETELY EQUIPPED) TWO BATHROOMS, A FRONT PATIO WHERE THE COHE CAN BE PARKED AND ANOTHER IN THE BACK WITH TABLE, CHAIRS, TUMBONA AND BARBECUE, WITH PLASTERS. IT HAS INTERNET CONNECTION.
THE OWNER LIVES IN THE SAME STREET, AND IN CASE OF HAVING SOME PROBLEM OR QUESTIONS I CAN GO IN VERY LITTLE TIME.
THE HOUSE HAS AIR CONDITIONING FOR THE SUMMER AND HEATING FOR WINTER., ALSO HAS SHEETS AND TOWELS, WASHING MACHINE, DISHWASHER OVEN, MICROWAVE AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO MAKE YOUR STAY NICE.
NERJA IS ONLY 50 MINUTES FROM MALAGA AND 60 MINUTES FROM GRANADA, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CAR YOU HAVE MANY BUS SCHEDULES THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO MOVE FLUIDLY
IN NERJA THERE ARE VERY FAMOUS CAVES WORLDWIDE FOR THEIR BEAUTY AND EXTENSION, YOU DON'T REPENT TO CHOOSE NERJA AS YOUR RESTING PLACE.

Fabulous location

We stayed for two months earlier thid year. The house is right in the centre of town, down a quiet street. Resteraunts and shops are very close, and the town centre less than five minute walk away.We stayed with our three dogs.

Nerja townhouse

Arrived late, keys to property left in key box, host had provided code & direct tel number in case of problems. Property description as per Vrbo sight accurate. The property is ideally located, beaches, bars, shops & restaurants all within walking distance. Unfortunately a total refurbishment had started on the adjoining property. The host apologised, explained the work had started early, however there was constant hammering, banging & drilling from 8am to 16:00 for 4 days of our stay.

Excellent townhouse

We the family of 4 people enjoyed staying in Pilar’s two storey townhouse. It has everything the travelers may ever need and more: air conditioner on each floor, on site parking at the front yard behind a gate, a nice patio at the backyard, a well equipped kitchen with a natural gas stove, a convenient master bedroom on the 2nd floor, and one more room. Each floor has a separate bathroom. You can easily walk to the nearest clean beach in 5 minutes. There are lots of grocery stores and restaurants in a walking distance from the house. The popular area around the Balcony of Europe is nearby, 10 minutes walking from the house. Visit the town museum there, it is well organized and informative, and you can learn about history of Nerja, including its distant past. Pilar is very helpful, and it is easy to communicate with her. We wish that we could stay longer in her house.

Perfect spot in Nerja

We loved this home for it’s location, space and Pilar’s generous check in and check out times. With 6 adults, we had space hang out together and be in different locations. We had rented bikes and we had a place to park them inside the courtyard. The house was close to everything we wanted to do… cafés, beaches, a great gym, and easy to get around on the bikes. Pilar was very flexible and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend her home.

Excellent location

This house is situated in an excellent location although it is a quiter part of the town it is still close to shops, restaurants and bars. The house had everything that you need. Pilar is a lovely lady who is only too happy to help.

Nice Place, Great Location and Host

We very much liked this townhouse. It was in a great central location with a parking available in front which is very difficult to find now due to a great increase in tourists in Nerja in the winter months since the last time we were here. The kitchen and dining area was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and entertain friends. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and we really liked the patio area off the kitchen as well as the washroom with shower there. We had an issue with the gas hot water heater initially but this was quickly resolved by our host, Pilar, who had it replaced with an electric water heater with a tank. Pilar was very congenial and helpful with everything and we were overall very pleased with her and this property that we stayed in for 5 weeks. Thank you Pilar for being such a great host.

Bad property preparation for gas hot water, smells and Electricity cutouts

Within the first 10 days we had to remain in the property 4 days to assist owner and tradesmen to try to repair smells, hot water not working and electricity cutouts which should have been done before our arrival. Even after the repairs, the hot water was very difficult to balance between heat and water pressure. Additionally, we found the lounge stunk of an unknown source, cleaning did not eradicate the smell and deodorizing was repeatedly done with little effect. We asked the owner for some sort of compensation for this issues and was told that she would fix anything but no discount or refund of the rent. In our opinion the house is not suitable for long term winter rental as it has no direct sunlight and is generally cold.

Central accommodation

Spacious accommodation in nice house. Plenty of good quality bedding and towels. Well equipped kitchen . Very clean throughout. Pilar is an excellent host and very pleasant. Enjoyed our holiday in Nerja.

Estupenda estancia

La estancia ha sido fantástica, buena ubicación, cerca de todo, comercio, restaurantes, ocio, playa... Pilar muy amable, la casa muy confortable, con todas las comodidades, cocina con todo el menaje, lavadora, microondas, horno,lavavajillas.Tiene un patio delantero en el que se puede meter el coche, cosa de agradecer puesto que es complicado aparcar, patio trasero en el que se puede tender la ropa y tiene una barbacoa y mesa con sillas. Si volvemos a Nerja repetiremos.

Apartamento en Nerja

Un apartamento completo, muy cerca de la playa y de la zona centro y ocio, con todo lo necesario para pasar las vacaciones. Muy limpio y cocina con mucho menaje. La propietaria Pilar muy atenta. Sin duda lo recomendamos y repetiremos en las próximas vacaciones.

Très pratique et tout se fait à pieds !

La propriété est au centre, accessible à pied à la plage et au centre ville. Impossible de se garer devant la maison car voiture garé juste en face. Parking à proximité gratuit mais souvent complet. La propriétaire est sympathique mais ne parle pas français. Maison conforme à l annonce, propre et fonctionnel. Terrasse à l arrière au calme ombragée mais sans vue. Le quartier est tranquille et agréable car on peut tout faire à pieds.

Alojamiento excelente

Somos una familia grande. Viajamos con 4 niños y la casa es muy espaciosa. Su ubicación es perfecta: cerca de la playa, del centro, supermercados, farmacia, bares y restaurantes... La casa tiene de todo, incluso detalles como por ejemplo una sombrilla y no hemos tenido que comprarla. Se nota que está muy cuidada y es muy bonita. Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Sin duda, repetiré si volvemos a veranear en Nerja, que es casi seguro, porque nos ha encantado. La dueña super agradable. Muchas gracias Pilar.

An enjoyable stay.

I stayed at Pilar's property for 30 days from the 16th may the property was of a high standard and had everythingyou would need for your holiday. The property is very central in the town centre with supermarket and bakery within 5 minutes walk and the seafront and resturants are 10 min walk away.
