"The cleaning doesn't happen at all. They only bring new towels after several requests. I requested several times to change the bed sheets and it was only done after escalation. No dining and no amneties. Fire alarms rang twice after midnight and we had to evacuate for nothing. The best part was that there was a trams station 3 minutes close to the hotel."

"Amazing stay in Prague! The location in the Old Town is perfect, close to the main attractions, restaurants, and beautiful streets. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well organized.
