"This was my second stay at the Bennett. I absolutely love this home and consider it as my Kansas home when I come to visit family. I love its warmth and charm, its huge kitchen and dining table, and the comfortable tv room and bedrooms. The patio and backyard are perfect for my morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. "We had a great getaway from the fireworks in our Kansas City neighborhood these last few days. This place was just what we were looking for, a quiet place away from city noise, comfortable for us, our friends, and our pup, a sky full of stars! We'll definitely stay at the Roost again in the future. Thanks for being responsive on the app, Jesse!"

"This house was perfect for my teenage daughter’s birthday slumber party. The outdoor dining was perfect for all of us, the proximity to dining and shops was convenient for anything we needed, but the house is secluded enough that I never worried about the girls being too loud. The house was beautiful and clean and the host was so kind. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"Conveniently located near downtown with comfortable sleeping and living/dining/outdoor area. Big kitchen with everything we needed and even some cookies and muffins. "

"What a cute house! Perfect for our weekend stay for a high school gradation. Great location and very easy checkin process! Has everything you would need for a stay, detailed notes, very helpful! It was really neat to see how the house is updated but still has a lot of the charm of an old house. We will be staying again if we need another nights stay in Osage City!"
