Beautiful 3 Bedroom Villa with Panoramic and Sea Views.

This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom villa has stunning views overlooking Latchi Harbour/Marina and Chrysochous Bay. Furnished to the highest standard and includes, selectable air conditioning, contemporary fittings, quality appliances & a modern well equipped kitchen. The open plan villa comprises of a dining area with seating for 8 and the lounge has a large modern corner sofa, TV with UK channels available & Wi Fi Internet. The Villa has 1 double and one twin bedroom plus a family room which has a double and one single bed, the master bedroom has an en suite and there is a separate bathroom.
'Al Fresco' dining is a must on the spacious terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular views of the bay and Troodos Mountains, a long leisurely lunch or evening meal with friends watching the sun go down is the perfect way to finish your day.
Steps lead down to a spacious pool deck equipped with sun loungers and BBQ. The good sized pool is so inviting on those hot sunny days.
Situated in a private Cul-de-sac where it is one of only two exclusive villas and is located within walking distance of the Cypriot village 'Neo Chorio' which has a great local tavernas serving a selection of delicious traditional Greek Cypriot food. Also located within approximately a 5 minute drive to Latchi village and Polis town, which both host an array of appetising restaurants and shops. The nearby town of Paphos is included in the UNESCO list of world heritage sites and is the 2017 City of Culture.

The Akamas Peninsula - stunning coastal walks, beaches and nature trails, are a 10 minute drive from the villa.
4 golf courses - Tsada, Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley and Elea that are all within the Paphos region

Perfect again.

Our 4th visit and didn’t disappoint. Slight problem with the pool, but Simon worked hard to get it back clear, and was very successful. Booked again for next year.

enjoyable, but not perfect

My wife and I, having stayed in over 20 villas in the Paphos area enjoyed our stay at the villa and surrounding area. The area was so peaceful with the villa having beautiful views over the mountains and Latchi. We loved watching the boats sailing in and out of the harbour to and from Blue Lagoon. As for the inside of the villa there are two modern bathrooms (not one as advertised) both with showers. The beds are combatable with air conditioning in each bedroom. The lounge area is cosy and offers good indoor eating facilities and a corner unit. There is a small TV with various channels, although no sports channels and was unreliable in its working. The kitchen is equipped with standard basic utensils etc. We were very disappointed not to find a dishwasher, which was advertised. There is also no microwave, again advertised. Be careful of the hot water when washing up. The pool was lovely although yellow around the edge, assume through sun-cream and was cleaned twice a week. The BBQ was small, OK for 2 people but would not be large enough if cooking for more. The sunbeds need updating, they were very basic, uncomfortable and well worn. We had to clean on arrival and each day due to bird droppings. Overall, reasonable value for money, the villa just lacks the little touches of quality that we generally experience in a Cyprus villa. On arrival there were a few areas where the villa was not prepared for guests, these were put right by Katie within a couple of days.

Lovely villa in perfect location

We had a wonderful week in this well equipped, clean and comfy Villa. The pool was lovely and the views spectacular. It was a perfect location for all the sights and we found some beautiful beaches for snorkelling. Only addition would be a microwave but that’s not essential!

Peaceful location with fantastic views

The villa is well equipped and has fantastic views from the terrace and the good sized pool. The villa is perfect for those looking for a peaceful location but is only a short drive to Latchi and Polis for beaches, shops, the marina and plenty of restaurants. Communication with Anne was excellent and Garry visited shortly after our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. This was much appreciated as was the generous welcome pack. Many thanks Anne and Garry for making this a very happy introduction to Cyprus for us.

What a perfect holiday.

We had a fantastic two weeks here. The villa is perfectly situated not too far away from amenities but just far enough. The peace and quiet and stunning views rounded it all off. The villa was all that was promised and Anne was very helpful and accomodating. If I ever visited Cyprus again I would definately stay here. Thanks Anne😎😎
