This luxurious duplex flat, newly furnished and boasting 75 m² of space, comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Located directly on the ski slopes of Prarion, you can effortlessly ski in and out, while enjoying breathtaking valley vistas from your sunny balcony—an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

    The inviting living room features two single sofa beds, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes, while the fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook with modern appliances, including a Delta coffee machine, dishwasher, and fondue pot. With two cozy bedrooms featuring single beds and two well-appointed bathrooms, comfort is guaranteed. Stay connected with WiFi and unwind with the flat-screen TV.

    Additional amenities include convenient winter parking at the bottom of the cable car in Siviez and summer parking in front of the chalet, along with a pet-friendly policy (pet fees apply). With the cable car just 200 m away and the 4 Vallées Spa and shops within a short distance, you’re perfectly situated for both adventure and relaxation.

We hebben onze vakantie hier doorgebracht en waren onder de indruk van hoe modern alles aanvoelde. De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden, zelfs een fonduepan! Het ligt direct aan de helling, waardoor het elke dag supergemakkelijk was om naar buiten te gaan. We genoten ook van avonden samen TV kijken. Al met al een plezierige ervaring op een toplocatie.
