  • Hermosa casa de troncos hecha a medida ubicada en 40 acres entre Nemo y Sturgis en el corazón de Vanocker Canyon. El alquiler de vacaciones en el nivel inferior con entrada privada tiene capacidad para ocho en las literas de Amish hechas a mano de reina sobre reina.     Una hamaca doble caribeña colgada entre dos árboles es el lugar ideal para tomar una siesta mientras se comunica con la naturaleza. La vida silvestre abunda en esta área! Verás ciervos, pavos salvajes, águilas calvas, alces y mucho más. Los coyotes te darán una serenata desde la distancia cada noche. Tenemos varios comederos de aves y casas de aves en la propiedad. ¡Las aves de montaña azul abundan y te sorprenderán con su hermosa canción y su brillante color azul!

    En agosto de 1874, el general George Armstrong Custer acampó en este valle. ¡Estarás experimentando la historia! El libro que describe la expedición de Custer se proporciona para su disfrute. Los amantes de la historia lo adorarán! Con National Forest en tres lados, este es también un gran lugar para practicar senderismo y ATV. Acceso directo a Kelly Spur Road, que conecta con más de 3500 millas de senderos ATV.

    La cocina está equipada con café, filtros, harina, azúcar y una variedad de especias. Se proporcionan toallas y sábanas. Our stay was amazing! It's located in such a beautiful location! The hosts were so sweet to us and our children! They even made our daughter a birthday cake (that was also amazing) when they found out it was her birthday. We will definitely go stay again!

The Host were amazing, providing knowledge and any directions needed, and the cleanliness was superb! Their property and pond was better than expected, and the kitchen was well stocked with every utensil. Not to mention the kids had a blast feeding the fish!

Amazing property

We really enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved the bunk beds and the fishing that we were blessed to do! We enjoyed playing a couple board games that is provided. The host welcomed us with kindness and answered any questions we may have had! The location was perfect for our little family vacation.

Great place to relax and unwind

Our stay was perfect. The hosts are wonderful people and gave us a few tips on places to go with our little girls. We absolutely loved the place. Extremely clean accommodations, beautiful property, great hot tub, and an absolutely amazing pond to fish and relax by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our 4 girls (0-10) loved it.

Paradise in black hills

This was such a lovely place, beautiful surroundings, the accommodations were perfect and so we’ll appointed to give you cozy mountain cabin feel. We loved fishing in the trout pond and enjoyed delicious smoked trout for dinner one night!

We loved our stay at Custer Camp ! Thank you so much for the wine and brownies. They were both delicious! The kids enjoyed fishing in the pond and loved the hot tub!

Great property and home!

Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property - the amenities (pool table, pond/fishing, and firepit), location and cleanliness. It was always a sanctuary to retreat to after busy days of seeing the sights around the Black Hills. We will definitely stay again on future visits.

Cannot say enough about our stay here. The property was beautiful and the stay was comfortable and hosts were just the nicest people you will ever meet. We were looking for a place that was more secluded and private, and we got it. I was unaware that the property owner lives on site, and the rental was the basement apartment, but it didn't matter, because we hardly knew they were there. The property and apartment was perfect, and the host even invited us for an impromptu "concert" from one of their visiting friends who used to sing and play at a restaurant they used to own. If you are looking to detach from technology and just enjoy amazing scenery and nature, this is the place! You are deep in the Black Hills forest, so there is no cell service here, and the internet can be spotty at times, so come to unplug! It's worth it! They even have a stocked trout pond. My son loved fishing each night, after our days adventures. The area is stocked full of activities in the area, most within an hours drive of our location through some of the most beautiful national park forest you have ever seen! Just an amazing trip! Fabulous Stay in Nemo!

Our stay at Custer Camp was wonderful. The grounds were beautiful and the home is equally nice.The fishing pond was a huge hit and provided many hours of entertainment for our teenage son.

Great location and people

The host was a pleasure to be around, and the place is beautiful. It was a great location to use as a home base and see all of the attractions in the Black Hills. We will try to get back to this location soon.

Excellent place to stay with family

This was a great place to stay with a family of all ages. The place was as nice as it looked online, the pond was super fun for my young kids, and the hosts’ hospitality was truly great! They cooked up the fish my son caught and made treats for my kids which was above and beyond. Highly recommended place for a family with kids.

Such a relaxing stay in a beautiful area. The property and home is absolutely beautiful. 30 minute drive or so to Rapid City which has restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts were terrific and available if needed, and the bottle of wine upon arrival was such a thoughtful addition to an overall great stay!

Our stay and Custer camp was so wonderful. Margret and Derito were the sweetest and made my kids first vacation one they will always remember! Everything was set up for a relaxing stay and you can’t beat the views! 10/10

Absolutely hidden gem in America if you want to stay where Custer and his officers camped on their 1874 patrol of the Black hills, this is the spectacular place for you. Catch a fish. Walk the property. Enjoy the sunrise and sit by the fire. Five star accommodations and hosts.
