"I was clean. The staff was very helpful on check-in and check out. Breakfast was nice. Pool was wonderful as well as the hot tub. Parking was convenient. I think we will stay here again."

"The hotel was great, the staff was more than great. What wasn't so great was the roofing contractor that backed a fork lift into my car. However the manager of the hotel was very gracious and accomadating for the extra two days we were stranded waiting to get a rental car and then allowing our car to remain on hotel property until it could be picked up by a auto transporter. "Expedia website says this place is dog friendly. I arrived at 11pm and found out from front desk that the parent hotel is pet friendly however the Holiday inn was not. Luckily the staff was able to make this work, however there was a second there after 10 hours of driving that it seemed like my non-refundable hotel room suddenly became useless because Expedia and the hotel information differ."

"The bathroom counter space was much too small. The air conditioner did not have a constant fan setting, so the hallway noise was very noticeable. The front desk attendant was asleep when we checked out at 9:30 am."

"They overbooked the room! I turned up at 10pm with 2 kids, only to be told, no room was available and they wouldn't refund me and I had to take it with expedia! Apparently this has happen "a lot of times" and "they feel terrible turning people away". Then don't offer the rooms if they are unavailable."

"The location is super convenient for those traveling through Cheyenne. However, our room and its bedding smelled like stale smoke. Also, the carpet in the hall is super dirty and the property does not appear to be well maintained."
