"Wonderful hotel and restaurant staff, indoor pool very nice. dog friendly wing. Older building probably needs some updates. no elevators.
All staff were nice. Cindy, Linda, Heidi and Melissa and Mimi were exceptional. so were Ben and Ally in the Tavern. nice that water and coffee were in the lobby each morning."

"Do not stay in this hotel. We booked a jacuzzi room and the jets didn't work.The security was terrible and left patrons in a potential dangerous situation. The back door to the parking lot, which was supposed to be activated only by room keys had a manual bolt lock that could be turned to prevent the door from closing. When we went out to our car the bolt was turned to prevent the door from closing so anyone could enter the hotel. This is a breech of security for hotel guests. When reported to...

"Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

"Avoid this hotel!!! They are in the middle of reconstruction. They were ripping the hotel rooms apart due to issues with the building itself. Why?!
The front desk staff member was very helpful; Kudos to you trying to make a difficult check in a bit easier due to construction. But it was her manager that made the complicated check in harder for us and for her staff!
The hall way was obstacle course. Wardrobes ripped out, no base boards beds were gone! It was difficult to find a room to put...
