Find peace, comfort and convenience in this bright, fresh, lovely main floor space in one of Nelson's beautiful heritage homes. This location is perfect because it is near all the town offers with mostly level walking options to everywhere. Walk 3 blocks to the beach, the mall, the waterfront pathway and Lakeside Rotary Park.. Walk 5 minutes to the lake where you can take a lakeside stroll or rent a kayak for the day or the hour. Do this either before or after you enjoy Wait’s On Nelson which is an excellent breakfast and lunch diner only one block away. Resolution Place Guesthouse is removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet downtown is still only a pleasant stroll away where you will find a myriad of superb dining and nightlife options. Enjoy relaxing on your quiet private patio when you are not out participating in the outstanding beauty of the area and the many local activities available right at hand. In addition, you will have private off-street parking, a private entrance and, of course, your own private bathroom. Like a luxury hotel room, included for your convenience are a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, kettle and fridge, but there is no full kitchen. I personally would be thrilled if I found this VRBO rental in any town, let alone in the coolest small art town in British Columbia! This lovely and super clean space is in the perfect location from which to enjoy everything the area has to offer the next time you visit!

Adorable little place

This little place was adorable, affirdable, and a perfect location. The host Susanna was lovely. We loved sitting on the patio surrounded by flowers and a fountain. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip to Nelson.

Clean, comforatable, cozy.

The pictures online for this property are not able to catch the essence of what you see when you arrive. Property is well equipped. Would syat here again for sure. Property manager is delightful and met us when we arrived.

Oct Get Away!

Susanna was Great! She was great with communication. We asked if we could arrive early and she made it possible! She gave great tips on where to go in town for great food and drinks. The guest house is perfect! I loved the lighting and all the sweet pictures! The bed was so comfy! We are hikers, so make sure you check out Pulpit Rock. (bring poles, lots of stairs!) It's a great view of Nelson. We also enjoyed the Kokanee Lake hike. Thanks, Susanna, we will be back for sure!!

Nelson Avenue Hideaway

Cozy, well-appointed accommodation. Would appreciate soap and shampoo in bathroom and also blue bin for recycling. Wait’s Diner so close and fun spot for breakfast and to chat with locals.

Adorable!!

Resolution Place is the perfect base camp for enjoying Nelson. Susanna is like your favorite auntie - super helpful, caring and responsive! She loves her town and her Vrbo, and it shows. The bed and bedding was super cozy, and the artwork and trimmings - adorable! The garden and patio area are beautiful and relaxing. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in Nelson and being a guest of Resolution Place.

A Quiet Getaway

This lovely, private suite within a home, has its own entrance and beautiful, flowered patio. Centrally located and quiet, it is suitable for 1-2 persons and is tastefully decorated and very clean. The host, Susanna, is very helpful should you have any concerns or questions.
