We had a Superior Double room and we only stayed one night before traveling to NRT. We had a lot of luggage (too many souvenirs!) so I think it would have been tight for more nights. But it was so nice. The staff were so great and helpful and while we did not use the bar or restaurant, it looked really cool and the food looked great. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but it was offered at the cafe that also offered other things throughout the day. Great price for the stay and great location. Not in the middle of the nightlife but a few minutes walk away. Food and corner stores everywhere. Our bathroom had a grate cover over an open drain and had a constant unpleasant sewage smell. We did not mention this to the staff but figured we would in our review. We weren't informed about this when we booked so we were pretty disappointed about that. "Hotel was very conveniently located. The Haneda sky garden was directly outside the lobby and a short walk to terminal 3. Room was clean, though design is still somewhat dated. Wish the bathroom was slightly bigger but no issues for a short stay."

"If you want to stay near Shinagawa Station, this is the place but be forewarned, there is a LOT of construction at the station. Also, there are three towers at the Prince complex and it can get confusing getting around. This hotel is big and therefore, very busy. The lobby reminded me of Grand Central ..."
