Air Conditioned Villa With Private Pool And Panoramic Views

'La Belle Colline' is a lovely, air conditioned, spacious villa on the outskirts of the charming historic village of Neffies. There is a beautiful private pool with Roman steps and a tiled patio with various other seating areas set in large grounds in an elevated position providing stunning views across the Languedoc countryside. There is a sizeable picnic and barbecue area and the villa also has its very own boules terrain. The large open plan kitchen is very well equipped and there is a spacious living area. This is a peaceful and secluded villa in a unique setting with fabulous views yet only a short distance away (5 to 10 minute walk) from local amenities within a traditional French village. There is also a large supermarket less than 10 minutes drive away with the splendid Mediterranean coast within a 25 minute drive. The villa also has pool heating which is included in the rental price for bookings in May and June and then also in Sep and Oct. The exterior of the property and grounds have recently been fully renovated with new seating areas with exceptional panoramic views.

Das Anwesen mit seiner exzellenten Lage und Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft. Der beheizte Pool ist eine Wucht. Das Haus innen lässt auch keine Wünsche übrig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist wie in der Beschreibung ersichtlich auch in der Realität. Das Dorf ist fußläufig erreichbar, der nächste Supermarkt nur wenige Minuten entfernt.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert und erfolgt direkt. Es ist schwierig bei der erlebten Qualität überhaupt etwas zur Verbesserung zu finden. Wenn, dann würden wir empfehlen, einen Schattenplatz in Poolnähe aufzubauen, da die vorhandenen Sonnenschirme den oft in dieser Gegend vorkommenden Windböen häufig nicht standhalten und dann eingeklappt werden müssen. Auch Fliegennetze vor den Fenstern wären sicherlich noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem I.Ansonsten haben wir eine herrliche und ruhige Woche genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

wunderschöne Aussicht

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet. Unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß im Pool. Die Gegend und die Aussicht von der Terrasse sind wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely and peaceful

Not much to say as everything was as described and on the photos. House is clean, spacious and fully equipped. There is plenty of space around for everyone to enjoy. Pool is just the right size for all to have plenty of joy and positioned south to maximise the sunlight use. Again clean and well maintained. 100% recommended!The only tiny confusion was around the rubbish disposal as despite us putting the bins out as per instructions it was not collected.

Das Haus liegt freistehend auf einer Anhöhe mit wunderschönem Blick über das Umland. Der Pool war im September auf 26 Grad geheizt. Hier findet man Ruhe und Erholung. Zum Motorradfahren ist das Languedoc bestens geeignet, wobei auch der Strand nicht zu weit entfernt ist

Belle Colline

Très belle région, très beau village, très belle vue. La maison est bien approvisionnée en produits ménagers et est très propre. Plusieurs problèmes techniques n'ont pas été résolus.Les radiateurs électriques ds la douche et ds la salle de bain ne fonctionnent pas, la douche de la salle de bain n'avait pas de pression la cafetière électrique ne fonctionnait pas elle devait juste être détartrée ou réparée, la vaisselle mis à disposition pas toujours efficace, le robinet de l'évier à la cuisine a refixer .La piscine n'a pu être utilisée la première semaine car en traitement.Aucun dédommagement n'a été proposé. les voix et les bruits passent les pièces même porte fermée donc pas d'intimité. Points fort la maison est spacieuse, la vue est magnifique et quand la piscine est accessible c'est un plus.A chaque petit inconfort nous avons pris le parti de le résoudre ou de nous en accommoder. Endroit à recommander si le prix de la location baisse .... Car en état le prix de la location est trop élevé. Ou garder le prix mais améliorer la prestation.Résolument positive et bienveillante.Colette

Beautiful villa with amazing views

We stayed here for a week in August. The villa is beautifully presented and clean. The views from the pool and terrace are amamzing. Such a peaceful location with a great restaurant in the village. Well located for sightseeing. The villa is very well equipped and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow - amazing villa in wonderful location

We have stayed at some lovely villas but this has to be one of the best in its category (WiFi speed amazing especially if you do have to work)! The villa itself was clean, well equipped and in an amazing location (pool and air con was much appreciated in the August heat). We visited Montpellier, Sete, Pezenas, the lake near Octon and Belziers - all within easy reach by car. Neffies was lovely as was Roujan (Super U supermarket well stocked with everything you could need.). All in all we had a wonderful holiday and was sad to leave. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you Andrew for sharing your glorious villa.

Comfortable villa in great location with amazing views

We had an excellent time in villa La Belle Colline! Villa is spacious, bright and equipped with everything you need. Pool with stunning views was refreshing during the hot days and we enjoyed spending our afternoons there. Ein tolles Haus in unbeschreiblich schöner Lage

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Woche in einem hervorragend klimatisierten und großen Haus mit herrlichem Pool und unbeschreiblichem 180 Grad Panoramablick genossen. Absolut ruhig am Rande des Ortes gelegen, aber dennoch fußläufig zur Boulangerie und in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Supermarkt im Nachbarort. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Fabulous spacious, peaceful villa with beautiful views

We had an amazing 2 week holiday at this amazing villa. Privacy, scenery and relaxation. The villa really does look bigger and better than the lovely photos. A great base to drive to beautiful nearby towns and beaches. Meze is lovely as is Béziers. A short walk to Neffies and bakery with shop, 2 restaurants and pretty murals. The Salago lake is worth visiting too. Lots of wine co-operative, the nearest practically at the end of the road. Highly recommend this villa and thank you to the hosts and managing company. We would love to return one day. Fabulous

Villa met prachtig uitzicht

Het verblijf is goed bevallen. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en de airco was zeker geen overbodige luxe bij 35 graden. Het zwembad was prima en het uitzicht prachtig. Ook is het in de avond en nacht lekker rustig. Paar kleine puntjes: de wifi snelheid was wat mij betreft niet voldoende. Verder was er buiten onvoldoende schaduw: geen lekkere veranda of overdekt terras. Er waren wel parasols aanwezig. Overigens was dit geen verrassing: het is op de foto's te zien.
