"It’s an older smaller building with charm right in the heart of downtown Syracuse. "Rooms are starting to look a little tired. Staff are great. Breakfast is good. The new parking charge seems like a cash grab given the huge space available and that there has never been a charge in the many years we’ve been staying at the hotel."

"Stayed with my 2 little ones and felt so lucky to find such a clean comfortable place to stay. Owners are so welcoming and have it loaded with extras upon entering room with snacks and waters. Everything is spotless. In the morning they have a coffee bar with muffins and oatmeal. Highly recommend. "
