"The room was nice and the bathroom was clean. The location is great for a walk to the public thermal spa. The only issue was the internet did not work for most of the time in our room (and others we speak to). We were outside having a light dinner and the staff came by and offered us a free sample of their house wine- which was very good. Breakfast was small but well prepared and tasty. It was a nice stop on our journey- except for the internet."

"Stunning village. 1st floor unit was a little awkward getting to with suitcases. Hot water for the shower- cold quickly.Sufficient for one person. Also, very small. Space between bidet and toilet, very tight. Dishes were not clean. Facilities on offer were good."

"good"

"Sauberes Zimmer in der Villa. Alles wunderbar gepflegt. Ruhige Lage mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Jederzeit gerne wieder"

"Peaceful location with easy access to the coast, saturnia, and other interesting areas. The property is very pleasant and well maintained."

"Mitten im Zentrum. Saubere Zimmer. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Man muss das Auto woanders abstellen, das war aber kein Problem"

"Il podere l'olmaia è una bella struttura immersa nel verde. Soggiorno davvero molto piacevole complice anche una caratteristica piscina a forma di vascone. Da ripetere"

"Struttura nuova e molto accogliente. La nostra stanza affacciava su una distesa di ulivi. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Ottimi i prodotti per la colazione"

"Ekstremt sødt personale, meget rene værelse og mad vi stadig snakker om. 12/10. Vi skal helt sikkert tilbage til denne perle 🙏"

"Maurizio and his wife Valy were super helpful in days out recommendations very lovely couple. Valy does not speak English but tried to communicate the best she could. Maurizio has very good English. He was super knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast every day with homemade cakes and eggs from their chickens. Yum! The rooms are clean and plenty of storage and a fridge. The only thing I would say is if you like drinking tea if chilling at room there is no kettle and we forgot our travel one. But...

"This place is beautiful and unique. My husband and I came for my husband's birthday to enjoy the area and the famous Saturnia Springs. The staff was so welcoming and sweet. They guided us through everything we could do in the area and helped us park in Terme di Saturnia, even giving us a discount on the spa. The hotel is a gorgeous, well-maintained building surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The views here are breathtaking. They include a delicious breakfast, and everything is made at home...

"Posizione isolata e bellissima, posizione panoramica, ideale per gli amanti della natura. Gentilissimi i proprietari e ottima la colazione da loro preparata. Vendono anche alcune essenze prodotte da loro. Complimenti davvero"

"Clean room, but not that practical - nowhere to put clothes, need to grab from suitcases. Very clean and pleasant room, wonderful rooftop views."

"Zentral gelegen mit sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeberin."

"Un alojamiento muy cómodo, muy cerca del centro de Pitigliano, se puede ir dando un paseo. Atención muy buena y muy amables."

"Posto delizioso, rilassante e silenzioso Camera pulita , colazione ottima, varia ed abbondante .Host veramente gentile e simpatico. Ritorneremo sicuramente"

"Great stay and beautiful property !!"

"Do not stay here. The host was rude and dishonest. We booked and paid for a superior room but were put in a standard room. The host would not move us as he said he was booked out (he had given our room to someone else). Would not refund us the difference. Told us all the rooms were the same price and that Expedia had charged us more for the room and not him, which was not the case."
