    Ven a visitar Fisherman Cove en Lake James. Esta nueva construcción que incluye todas las comodidades que podrías pedir en un retiro de Lake James. Relájate y comienza a relajarte en este espacioso apartamento de 3 habitaciones y 2 1/2 baños. Esta casa es increíble con la enorme cocina de estilo familiar y la isla, que es ideal para ponerse al día con amigos y familiares en una sala de estar abierta. Disfruta de las excelentes vistas desde la terraza o simplemente pasa el rato en la fogata. La casa está en un callejón sin salida cerca del punto. El camino es de 130 escalones por nuestro camino de grava inclinado hacia el agua desde la casa donde puedes pescar o nadar desde el muelle privado en una cala tranquila. Puede traer su propio bote o PWC para mantenerlo en el muelle, o puede alquilar un pontón en el puerto deportivo local.     Puede visitar el Blue Ridge Parkway con espectaculares miradores a solo un corto viaje en automóvil. Very nice home, short walk to a private dock on the lake. Family friendly with lots of activities in the game room. Several paddle board and kayaks for use in the lake. Host had good communication with us. Would stay here again.

Home is beautiful and has all the amenities. Only caveat, the pictures indicate the house is on flat land, at the lake's edge, and it is not. This home is not suitable for those with cardiac or pulmonary issues or those that require walking implements (cane/wheelchair); the incline from the lake to the house is very steep. I am an avid runner and the climb left me winded.

The house is not suitably located for senior citizens. The website should make a notation of this on the website. Lots of unlevel rocks going into the house . We are 84 and 82 years old and getting into the house was difficult for us. My husband walks with a rollater. Lovely house, great for a young family,

Beautiful lake james, great property

Very clean, beautiful location, house was well stocked, comfortable beds, nice dock, kayaks and paddle boards were a great addition to our stay. Definitely would return and recommend to friends and family!

Beautiful Property!

The home was very clean and well-equipped, and the internet connection was great! We enjoyed the views of the lake and forest off the back deck, as well as many walks down to the boat dock. The home and surrounding area are lovely, and we will be back often!

Lake James

Great property -- the pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is well stocked, the floorplan well thought out & spacious and the path down to the lake is a nice touch as you walk down through the trees. The playroom was a hit with the kids as well.

Great Vacation Home

The house was just what we were looking for - clean, spacious, and well equipped. The children loved the basement and the games. My step son couldn’t get enough fishing off the dock. We had a great week and hope to come back again.

Fabulous Family Vacation Spot!

This house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The games downstairs were fun for the whole family. Access to the boat dock was perfect for our pontoon boat, and the paddle boards and kayaks were such fun to use. The wagon provided downstairs was handy to carry our coolers to the boat each day. Thankful to have the opportunity to spend our family vacation in this beautiful house on gorgeous Lake James.

The property as advertised. We were able to have a wonderful family getaway on the lake. Despite every day rain, there was afternoon sunshine for fishing, swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. In addition, we were able to go on a local 3 mile hike, obtain all of our supplies at super Walmart and enjoy the local downtown area at Marion. Bruce’s fabulous foods was a wonderful lunch spot. Bruce is gone, but certainly his spirit lives on through Barbara, his widow. She certainly loves her husband, their business they created, their staff and most of all the customers. I know you will love this spot.

Lovely Stay!

We were in the area for a family reunion and the home was the perfect place to house additional guests. Waterfront access and lower level game room were enjoyed by all including kayaks, life jackets, corn hole, etc. There was something to do for everyone- swimming, playing games, reading. We found the kitchen to be well equipped and while we didn’t use them there was also a grill and fire pit. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. We very much enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent again!

Love Lake James

This was our second year at Lake James staying at Fisherman’s Cove. Our family loves the natural beauty and peacefulness of Lake James. Clean, clear warm lake with mountain views. Rented pontoon boat and tube for a few days, hiked Linnville Falls and Wisemen’s view. Linnville winery is a nice post hiking stop. Fonta Flora Brewery has food trucks and is a nice dinner get away. Fisherman’s Cove is as advertised. Perfect for our family of 7. Owner put in a concrete path from the house to the dock making it much easier of a trek. Quiet, growing neighborhood - would personally love to retire here.

Great quiet retreat

We loved our stay. It was very spacious, clean, and quiet and we really enjoyed ourselves. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Kitchen is great and everything was very clean and tidy. Perfect! Thank goodness for the game room downstairs. It rained for most of our stay so we were entertained! We loved it down there. Games in the living room were also great. Thank you for all of them! The access to the lake was a nice, paved trail and the dock made it easy to enjoy! It’s long and windy if you’re not in the best shape, a challenge back to the house but nothing to complain about whatsoever. We saw lots of wildlife: deer, wild turkeys, snapping turtles, and lizards. For us New Yorkers, that was a treat! Fishing off the dock was easy and fun too. Because of the weather we didn’t use the kayaks but they were right there and easy to access. We will be back. This was a great getaway. 5 stars all around!!

Perfect family vacation!

Everything about this house and neighborhood was perfect! Andrew was extremely easy to work with, and the house and property were pristine. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the lake. The neighborhood is super quiet and friendly. We hope to be back soon!
