"When we arrived at the property at 1030pm I walked by a lady outside talking loudly to someone on the phone. I didn’t think anything of it and thought she was just arguing with someone . I go to the front desk,,no one‘s there I start calling to the open door behind the front desk for someone and no response. Anyhow, another five minutes passes by and the lady that was outside. Arguing comes in and she’s the person that was running the front desk mind you. She’s still on the phone arguing with...

"The entire staff at this hotel was friendly, professional, helpful, & courteous. I was especially impressed with Robert, the gentleman that checked us in on our first day at the property. The dining area staff were also pleasant to deal with as was the lady that cleaned our room on a daily basis. "

"We chose this hotel to save money by having breakfast included. However, when we checked in, they told us that they weren’t serving breakfast at the property anymore for no reason. It was very important to me because I wanted to have free breakfast with the family before starting the day. The gym also had very few machines. Other than that, everything was good. The hotel is close to the beach. The only issue was that breakfast wasn’t included, and that really affected our experience."
