Kamari Villa-B w/private Pool & Jacuzzi

This villa is part of the Kamari Village group. Individually owned villas, situated on the Southwest coast of the island of Naxos, 17kms from town, on a secluded hillside overlooking the sea and the island of Paros.

The villa is comfortable and private.
It is ideal for couples and for families.
WIFI access.
Wonderful views & a ten minutes walk to some of the best sandy beaches in the island. Spectacular sunsets over the island of Paros.

This villa is one of three detached villas, which are built on a slope, so as not to obstruct each other’s views. Cycladic architecture, white washed walls and blue shutters.
The villa has two bedrooms, one double (queen size bed) and one twin.
The double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.
There is another shower/WC.

Open plan living/dinning/kitchenette.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking range and oven, toaster, electric kettle & coffee machine.
Hair dryer, iron & ironing board.
Washing machine.

The kitchen opens onto an outdoor breakfast/dinning patio with pergola, and a built-in Bar-B-Q. Further out is a small garden, a large sunning area, and another covered veranda with built-in sofas.
Both, patio and veranda, have wonderful views to the sea.
Set in the garden, in a secluded corner, is an outdoor spa-Jacuzzi (2m x 1.85m) that seats 4 people. Amazing views to the sea!
The living room opens onto a swimming pool (5m x 3m) and a sitting area with built-in sofas and pergola.

Minimum rental period is one week.
Check in 15:00, check out 11:00.
Capacity: 2-4 persons.
Cleaning every 7 days.
Car rental is essential!!
*Please note that motorbikes/ATV-type vehicles are not permitted at Kamari village to keep the peaceful, quiet atmosphere our guests expect.

Paradise on Naxos

Best VBRO that I have stayed in. Great location. I rented a buggy and went all over Naxos from this central but close to the beach location. A market and several Taverna's within close walking distance.

Wonderful Stay

Absolutely great property, great position with wonderful views. Beautifully decorated, obviously a great deal of thought had gone into providing everything you could possibly need. The villa was beautifully decorated and the garden areas and pool stunning. Everyone was very helpful, with arrival instructions, local information and checking we had everything we needed. Thankyou...a lovely holiday.

Superb

We would thoroughly recommend this small villa complex to anyone. Our villa exceeded our expectations in terms of presentation and practicality. The different outdoor areas, all with stunning views were beautifully set out and gave lots of flexibility throughout the day. Talke was so welcoming and helpful.

Amazing week at Kamari/Naxos

The house is very clean and spacious, the kitchen is well stocked. Privacy is absolute, and pool and hot tub are a nice alternative to the beach which is just 7 min walk away. Several good restaurants nearby if you don't want to drive to town. A supermarket is 300 meters away too. Talke, the housekeeper, is the nicest person, very helpful and caring. Car is a must and it better have automatic transmission because most roads are narrow, steep and winding. Overall it was a very pleasant stay which exceeded our expectations.

Le paradis sur terre

Une semaine de pur bonheur. Une terrasse pour chaque repas . Une vue magnifique avec en prime les couchers de soleil sur paros. Une piscine délicieuse. Nous y retournerons.

Such a lovely villa

The hosts were really helpful and very attentive. The villa is beautifully kept and furnished throughout. It is equipped with everything you need and the local supermarket is great. We were only two guests so it was quite expensive for just us. Tiny tiny gripes. The location is a little further from the beach than we had anticipated, but they absolutely do state you really need a car. The beds are not the most comfortable, for the price I think I expected more comfort. It is very private - except for the very frequent pool cleaning throughout our stay. Overall it was wonderful.

Excellent vacation with kids

The house and frontyard and backyard are excellent. Even ti was very hot, we spent beautiful time with our small kids. They had fan in their bedroom, as well as us, it helped calm sleeping. The kitchen is totally sufficient, both bathrooms are nice. But the best thing with the house is the location: you are in the best part of Naxos, close to the best beaches, not far from towns, but it is real countryside, you hear roosters, goats, cows, everything is clean and calm. Especially, we would love to thank Zahia and Talke from the service team who helped us with our departure problems and their hospitality was more than 5star hotel. Great vacation, we fell in love with Naxos!
