Beautiful Tranquil Naxos House with Stunning Views, 400m to Agia Anna Beach.

  • A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, terraced townhouse. Set over 3 floors with modern décor, close to the picturesque port and blue flag beaches of Agia Anna and the stunning beaches of Plaka and Agios Prokopios. Only a 400m walk to the beach.
    The layout of my house is perfect for 2 couples or a family with children, having sleeping areas with air conditioning, shower rooms and terraces on the upper and lower floors, and a shared living space with terrace and air conditioning in between.
    The house has 3 very large terraces with 180 degree panoramic views along the South West coast of Naxos and is located in a very quiet no through road, on a small hill, overlooking the surrounding beaches.
    On the middle level there is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, dishwasher, dining & living areas, 2 large double sofa beds, air conditioning, 40in Curved Smart Satellite TV with Netflix, CD music player, high speed wireless internet (40Mbps) and a workspace/desk. This leads to a large balcony with spectacular views.
    From the middle level, stairs lead down to a large double bedroom with a queen size bed, large double sofa bed, air conditioning & shower room. A store room with Siemens washing machine and a Bosch tumble dryer. From the bedroom there are double doors leading onto a 25 m² balcony with sun beds, table & chairs & glorious views along the Naxos coastline.
    From the middle level stairs lead up to a large double bedroom with a queen size bed air conditioning and a shower room, double doors lead to a large balcony with sun beds, table and chairs and stunning views.

    Naxos averages more than 10 hours of sunshine a day in the summer months and almost no rain in June, July, August and September. Naxos was recently voted the 6th best island in the world by reviewers.

    Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €200.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid-clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights. Also we have outside security cameras (CCTV) which are switched off during your stay.

We had a great time in David's place,.and enjoyed interacting with David,.too. The terraces we're great,.the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Agia Anna was a great base: close to the airport and Chora, and with a number of cool restaurants along the beach. Naxos is a great island, with wide variety of landscapes,.lots of cool towns.

Lovely accommodation close to great beaches, restaurants and bars but quiet and peaceful. David was an excellent host, ensuring lots of starting goodies for us. Wonderful time.

Great place to stay, and David was a wonderful host treating us to fresh fruit, a bottle of wine, and loaf of bread upon our arrival. We loved Agia Anna!

David’s place was the perfect place for our family of four. Clean, spacious, comfortable and with all the amenities of home. David was an excellent host!

The house when we arrived was immaculate. The house is light and spacious with lovely views of the sea (true to the photos). It is very well equipped with high end white goods and everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay. Plentiful pans and equipment to cook meals. David, the host, explained everything on arrival and showed us round his house. He also showed us places to visit, along with a map and gave recommendations for local restaurants. We had a car but were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. There is a mini market within walking distance but also a very good supermarket a short drive away. The drive into the mountains and the visit to Filoti is highly recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Agia Anna and would love to return. David is a great host, on hand to help but left us to enjoy our holiday. Thank you!

Excellent location and property is fabulous, with more than you need for a two week holiday. We spent two weeks here and loved every minute. Didn't use the washing machine, tumble dryer or oven ( with so many excellent eateries in Agia Anna why cook?) but did use the dishwasher a few times. Cocktails on the verandah a delight.Filtered water on tap so no need to carry bottles of water from the supermarkets which are a short walk away. We didn't hire a car as we are keen walkers. The bus servive is frequent and reliable. Route 17 was an easy walk. The 10 mile walk to Alyko beach was very enjoyable. Plaka beach is sandy and the waters crystal clear.We did the full day island tour and the boat trip to Koufamissia/ Rina's cave, both well worthwhile.I would have to hesitation in recommending this amazing 5 star property.You won't be disappointed!

Perfect location, amazing views

We loved our stay at David’s place. It was right near our favorite beaches and I loved the elevated view. I found the place spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having the desks as we both worked remotely while there. Highly reccomend!

Agios Anna Family Cottage

A fantastic property within easy walking distance to the beautiful beaches and restaurants of Agios Anna! David, the host, could not have been more helpful! The house had all the amenities and more! Three terraces of great views of the Mediterranean!

Excellent Host

David was a fantastic host. The place was very clean and was just as advertised. The only slight issue is that parking in front of the unit is very tight so it is better to park down a steep hill and walk to the unit. I would definitely recommend this property to other travellers.

I had t been back to Greece in 27 years and this quiet place brought back the smells and feels of the village I grew up but with all the necessary things we have in America. AC works so good Everything everything was just pwrfect

Perfect for two couples!

We loved everything about this property! David’s communication was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to show us around the house, plus took time to look over a map of the island with us and give us his tips and recommendations. The house itself has everything you need, including beach towels and other beach necessities, laundry detergent, sunblock and a lovely selection of books. It’s an easy five-minute walk down to the town of Agia Anna and the beach. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

The home provided a beautiful water view in a quiet little neighborhood. It was spacious, well equipped, clean and well kept. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach and restaurants each evening. It is 15 minutes from the main town and great location for access to other areas of the island. Our host David made us feel so welcomed! He met us at the home for a tour, offered wonderful suggestions for restaurants and activities and stocked the kitchen with a generous supply of fruit, bread and wine. He also provided great communication during the entire rental process (even arranged for our taxi upon arrival). Highly recommend this lovely spot in Naxos!

Perfect place for two couples

David is a wonderful host with great local tips. The house is beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped. The house has three floors with terraces in each of them. It is perfect for two couples, or a large family, since it has the bedrooms and bathrooms in two separate floors. It is a five minutes walk downhill to the beach and great restaurants. There free parking options a few meters from the house. Overall, we have a great time in David’s home!

Great location and David was great!

We just spent 4 nights here and absolutely loved it. Naxos was by far our favorite island of the 2 we visited. I thought the location was great. It’s about an 8 min walk to the beach, and several restaurants and supermarkets. The place was clean and very well kept and the air conditioners worked well. David has been on Naxos a long time and is full of useful suggestions and information. We found having a rental car to be very useful as the island is spread out and there is much to see and do.

Lovely, Well equipped home. Spotlessly clean.

Loved this home on Naxos. Our host arranged for a taxi at the port and met us at the home to go over the features and local information. A generous selection of fruits, bread, and basic needs were provided and appreciated. The home is on three floors so guests need to be comfortable with climbing a bit. Short walk of 500 meters takes you to beaches stores and restaurants. We recommend this home.
