"The digital check-in on site was a little tricky. The screen displays your room number briefly, then it goes away. It’s not printed on your card, so make sure you remember it 😁

"A little challenging to get to it but nice and clean. We couldn’t find sheets for the futon and did not hear back from the property manager on sheets until we had already left. It was very quiet. Plenty of room. "

"We stayed in Innsbruck in July as a family of 4 with two children, ages 12 & 17.
Parking- Although there is no onsite parking, there is an offsite paid parking garage around a 5 minute walk from the apartment that was easily walk-able.
Communication & Check-in- The communication was limited but informative and the Check-in was seamless. You access the entrance to the Apartment via a restaurant and check in with the hostess. The apartment elevator is right inside the door to the restaurant...

"We really loved the chalet during our stay. It was spacious and well equipped. We also had a great view of the town and surrounding area from our balcony. Although it did appear not all properties on the resort had the same great view.
The staff at reception spoke excellent English and were always friendly & helpful.
A few things to note about the resort and area:
- The motorway flyover next to resort was not a problem as we initially feared. We could barely hear the traffic.

"The apartment was a brilliant combination of modern and traditional styles. Spacious bedrooms, large communal area and a fantastic balcony offering views right along both directions of the valley. It was a great base to go exploring from, with parking available for all guests, plus a bus stop and train station within easy walking distance. The property was quiet, as was the area around it. It felt safe and secure and like a real home from home. "

Great location, free parking, kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy (fairly hard which suited us) Clean and well presented apartment. Good wifi (essential)

Not so good bits:
Shower towels are too small. Pillows are way too soft and offer zero support, No USB points anywhere.
General:
Under floor heating is good but can take 24hrs to warm the apartment up."

"Oste che gestisce la struttura simpatica, cordiale e disponibile.
Una volta arrivati al check-in ti fornice in modo chiaro tutte le informazioni per un corretto uso dell' appartamento, comprese le modalità di partenza in modo autonomo.
