"Wouldn't recommend its very very loud. Thought we where getting a room with washer as we were there 11 days. Last day they came to us and said theyre charging us for using the towels
Yes we have red hair it did get on the towels but they gave us towels 6 + times before that. Was hard to get ahold of staff to get garbage changed or new towels. Safe didn't work, washroom sink never got cleaned had dust on it from before we even arrived.wifi was very bad too 0/10 for the price"

"I would give a five star because the unit was really nice and we had no issues except the elevator was broken during our stay with a 1 year old. The front desk staff did assist us with our luggage thank goodness. Abraham was very helpful."

"Fantastic location, studio is spacious, kitchen area is good. Things to improve would be cleaning the windows, some decorating required, evidence of water leaks, wardrobe space is functional but very basic, some light bulbs need replacing. The five flights of stairs were ok for me and a bit of a view if the windows were cleaner but nay be a problem for others."
