"Disappointed with room, cold - one radiator didn’t appear to work and one needed reprogramming in order to get warmth. The duvet was thin meaning we were cold during the night, and the bed was uncomfortable, so much so we nearly got up and drove home. Shower had black mould on head & pipe. There was a dirty towel, wedged behind the door on the bathroom floor. I went to use a beaker and saw that it was stained so gave up using anything in the kitchen."

"Quirky cottage, absolutely everything you would need for a long stay. Parking is a bit tricky but Sue the owner provides information on where to park.

"Nice clean apartment ..Lovely quiet place.Host friendly and helpful.The accommodation is set in an area where there are nice walks.Plenty of fish in the lake.Close to visiting areas such as Lincoln Mablethorpe and Doddington Hall."

"A comfortable house ideally located for a city break with the advantage of off street parking.Family and pet friendly although the stairs were steep but typical of a Victorian property.Thoughtfully converted with a high standard of decor good and very comfortable sofas and beds."
