Unlike many other vacation rentals, Regency 201 is one of the truly “professionally managed” vacation accommodations your family can find. We maintain onsite office personnel to ensure you receive personalized professional service and attention.

Guests are welcome to communicate with us via the VRBO email portal regarding any questions they might have about this property.

Guests can also make instant bookings for this property using the VRBO website. PLEASE NOTE: all instant online bookings are subject to host review and must be compliant with all Terms and Conditions outlined below.

Guests making an instant online booking will receive a copy of the Vacation Rental Lease Agreement via Docusign within 24 Hours of making an online instant booking. Guests must review, execute and return the Vacation Rental Lease Agreement within 48 Hours of being received in order to secure the property and avoid having the property leased to another Guest.

• Luxury all-cotton Bed & Bath Linens (Please bring your personal beach/pool towel)

******* R E N T A L T E R M S A N D C O N D I T I O N S *******

OCCUPANCY: Regency 201 permits a maximum occupancy of up to 6 people. Sleeping accommodations include a King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two Queen size beds in the Guest Bedroom. At no time can occupancy exceed a maximum of 6 people including infants and small children.

AGE RESTRICTION: Reservations can only be secured by Guests that are at least 25 years of age.

DAMAGES: Guests are not required to purchase Damage Insurance. Guests are required to present a major US credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) at the time of arrival along with legally issued photo identification. Damages arising from Guest's rental use of the property are to be deemed as billable expenses and charges for repairs or replacements may be applied to the credit card Guest presents at the time of Check-In.

AMENITIES: Guests' use of community amenity features (Pool & Workout Room) requires all Guests to have wristband identification visibly displayed. Guest failure to visibly display community identification wristbands may result in Management or Security removing and banning Guest from use of the facility. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be made available for this property.

PARKING: Guests must display an authorized parking pass in all cars at all times when present on the grounds of the community. Guest failure to display an authorized parking pass may result in the impounding or towing of a Guest's vehicle at the vehicle owner's expense.

PETS: Guests are NOT permitted to have pet animals present while in this community. Guest violations will result in the immediate termination of rental use of the property and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest violations of the NO PET policy may be subject to additional charges. Repairs, replacements, pet remediation efforts or Fines, if any, issued by the Homeowner's Association will be deemed as billable charges and will be applied to the credit card presented at the time of Check-In. This community carefully monitors for the presence of all pets and animals.

SERVICE ANIMALS: Guests needing the assistance of a Service Animal must present this need in writing at least 10 days prior to Check-In. All requests for the need of a Service Animal must be presented to legal counsel representing the Homeowner's Association to ensure all legally required certifications and procedures are observed.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: In instances when a Reservation is displaced or interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances Guests will be relocated to comparable accommodations. If comparable accommodations are not available the Guest will be entitled to receive a full refund.

SMOKING: Smoking of any substance is expressly Prohibited on the balcony or within any interior areas of this property. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor grilling areas of the community. Any Guest violation of the NO SMOKING policy will result in the immediate termination of Guest's rental use of the property and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Additional charges may be applied to the credit card presented at the time of Check In for any needed repairs, property replacements or smoke remediation efforts arising from the violation of the No Smoking policy herein stated.

This condo was one of the nicest at which we’ve ever stayed! We loved the huge gulf front balcony especially with the comfy sofa, side chairs and large dining set on the balcony. We really enjoyed the included beach service on the private beach and the Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs which we could use there in the evenings. We really liked the cable TV’s in the living room & bedrooms which included music channels as well as the convenient dishwasher and nearby trash chute on our floor. All the furnishings and decor were top notch.It was so helpful to have the washer & dryer in the unit. The building’s private pool was great if we chose not to go to the beach. The building manager was onsite during the week if we had questions.We especially enjoyed the comfortable, king sized master bed, huge seated shower, elevator and nearby view from Navarre Beach fishing pier. We even got to see the Sunday afternoon Beach Buzz by some of the Blue Angels! The white sugar sand and emerald water were movie set gorgeous. I really appreciated having no red tide complications during our week since red tide is very triggering for my asthma.We would love to return for a stay if this lovely condo is available later on. We thank the owners for sharing their lovely condo with us. I hated leaving so much I cried in the parking lot after we checked out. If you are considering renting this unit, do it now before someone else does. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a beautiful condo with a full view of the gulf from a huge balcony, this is the place to stay. From the moment we checked in with the helpful and kind Simka in the rental office (very easy process) until the moment we checked out (also easy,) we couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The condo was gorgeous and clean, whoever decorated it did a stellar job. The balcony runs the entire way from the living room to the master bedroom and the ocean is front and center. There’s plenty of room for a large family but it was also great for just the 2 of us. There was also chair/umbrella service on the beach which was a nice extra and a beach bar/restaurant that also serves breakfast and has a coffee bar just a few steps from the condo, in fact, you can walk from your beach chairs to get a frozen drink and bring it right back.

Yes the management team did their job. We've stayed in places at Cedar Key, St George Island, and Pensacola. This was by far the best at Navarre from well-equipped kitchen, ro super quiet large patio with no extraneous lights to functioning cable with intructions so you could actually use them.....and the views of the Gulf of MEXICO were fantastic.

We absolutely loved this condo! The decor was exceptional - a luxury feel with comfort. The kitchen had everything we needed (does not come with condiments). We couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway! The condo was sparkling clean and had all the comforts of home, plus a few extras. We travel often and this was the best stocked kitchen! Condo was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay here. We were able to relax and recharge. Condo was extremely clean and fresh! View from the balcony was amazing! Condo complex is maintained extremely well also. Pool was clean and very private. We will definitely be back soon!

Perfect condo

This condo is beyond expectations and more beautiful than the pictures. We have stayed in Navarre for several years and the first time here. The condo is expertly decorated as well as comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything needed for meal preparation etc. The patio is so comfortable to enjoy morning or evening. The view is great. We want to plan another stay as the schedule permits. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our stay.
