  • This luxury 3 level Gulf front 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths, 3000 sq ft condo has the Gulf Front View you are looking for with private beach access only shared with a few others. Enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee off one of the 4 beach front balconies decked with lush outdoor furniture and charcoal grill. This large open floor plan is perfect for your family. Enjoy a fun filled day playing in the white sandy beaches and emerald green waters and relax in our cozy upscale beach bungalow.

    Our large living area has plenty of seating with an entertainment area, flat TV, and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped for your dining needs. Custom cabinets, granite counter tops, wine cooler. Located on third on the entire third floor is the Master King suite which is elegantly designed with a " private custom designed bathroom". Large tub,
    Shower stall, double sink vanity with granite counter tops, walkout balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.

    Second floor has three bedrooms, 2 twin gulf front bedrooms with private balcony and a full bathroom tub/shower combo located in center hall.
    Queen guest bedroom with private full bath features tub/shower combo with views of the sound. All bedrooms have flat TVs for your viewing.

    All rooms are professionally decorated to give a true beach getaway feel.
    We have beach chairs, umbrella,fishing poles, beach toys for your use. Private access to beach. Our beach getaway is conveniently located near all the restaurants and attractions but far enough away from all the crowds. Bike path located directly across the street.

The ocean view from this townhouse was stunning! Well stocked kitchen, books galore and extra comforts (like throw blankets, plenty of beach toys, fishing gear, etc) made our week so much fun!

We really enjoyed our stay! The view was absolutely beautiful and it was so nice to be able to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean at night. The walk to the beach was relatively easy and it was nice to just relax on the beach and be so close to be able to run up and get whatever we needed.

Absolutely the BEST!

Amazing place directly on the breathtaking Navarre beach! Home is equipped with everything you might need, spacious room for family to enjoy! Restaurants & grocery store are close by! We’ve stayed here twice and hope to return again soon :)

Wonderful Stay!

We so enjoyed our stay at Jen's Creole Cottage! Check in was seamless, the Property Managers were quick to respond to my questions, the house was spacious and perfect for our family, and the location just can't be beat. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

The location was perfection. We had plenty of space for our two families and loved being right on the beach. We had a couple minor issues but the property manager was very quick to respond and fix things. I wouldn't rule out us staying here again in the future.

Great family place

We love Navarre Beach and this place was perfect! Beautiful views of the ocean, plenty of room, short sandy walk to the beach, well equipped kitchen, lots of books, beach towels, beach equipment and we just felt so at home. I honestly can't think of any negatives!!

Amazing location!

Jen's Cottage is a great location and fully stocked vacation rental. The beach is steps away and not overcrowded. There are three decks to watch sunrise and dolphins. The rental is beautifully decorated and had lots of extras. There are plenty of grocery store options close by. We have been going to the Gulf for many years and everyone in our family rated this the best place so far. Thanks for a great setting to a wonderful family vacation!

The house was very clean and they have all the beach supplies you will ever need including fishing gear which was great. Kitchen was very spacious for cooking our Thanksgiving meal. The only thing to note if you love to cook is the spices are locked up unlike the other homes so bring your own. Everything else was great!

Beyond excellent location & communication!

We came as a family of 6 and the property couldn’t have been better equipped to meet all of our needs. My family of 4, vacations at least 3 times a year & this house, far and away, had the most comfortable pillows we’ve ever found at a rental or hotel. There are some very minor flaws in the primary suite balcony but with the storms that came through the week before we got there, we were surprised that was it. Besides, nobody comes to the beach for the patio furniture. We ran in to an issue on our final day & I contacted the property managers. All 4 of them sprang in to action & corrected it for me, immediately! As a teacher & mom to teenagers involved in 400 activities combined with the social lives of Paris Hilton in the early 2000’s, I’m not used to being taken care of. They actually gave me a gift that I didn’t know how badly I needed, simply by caring about me & my experience. I will absolutely seek out their rental properties again in the future if we find ourselves back on the Emerald Coast!

Amazing house right on the beach!

This is the third time that our family has vacationed in Navarre and hands down this place is the best! The house was perfect for our family of five. Our kids (13,15,17) loved having a room to themselves for the stay. Having vacationed at beach houses along the gulf many times, it really makes a big difference to be right on the beach like this house. We kept the curtains open and woke up with the sunrise. We had our coffee and breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beach. The house has everything we needed for a day at the beach (umbrellas, plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys etc,). We didn't have to pack a lunch because we were just steps from the house and its easy to go back for a bite and then head back to the beach. We took a night time stroll along the beach because the beach is right there! For good local seafood, I recommend Scooters (so good we ate there twice) and Dewey Desitn's. At Dewey's, you can eat outside with your toes in the sand. We took a boat trip to go snorkeling and dolphin watching in nearby Walton Beach area. The difference between being a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and being right on the beach is huge! We were able to come and go from the beach and that made it much more enjoyable and we got more beach time! There was plenty of room for our family of five. I'm telling you, you will love this house! We haven't been back to the other places we stayed on Navarre Beach, but we will come back to this house! We love this house!!

The rooms are spaced for optimal privacy when traveling with other couples and there was plenty of room. We love Chad and Diane and can’t thank them enough for making our trip an amazing experience!! We will be back!!

The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. Aldi, Walmart and Publix are a short drive away. The beach had red flag days the week we were there in June. The beach was great for walks and not too crowded. Navarre Beach is less developed, which was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the condo, loved that the big kitchen was stocked with all the gadgets, has a keurig (my hubs is a big keurig guy) & a regular coffee maker too. There are plenty of towels & all the things you need for your family. Seriously, no shortage of all the things! Even plenty of beach toys like floaties, shell diggers, & many beach chairs!We loved how big the place is! Let me tell you, the pictures don’t do this place justice! (Have professional photos taken!) I was worried about rattan furniture not being comfortable, but that’s certainly not the case. The chairs around the table swivel AND rock, are on casters so they move well, are heavy & super comfy. That’s nice for lingering around the table after dinner. (We went out a lot, but I also cook for my family so this is important to us.) The decor is light and airy, beachy - which, for us - if I’m going to be in Florida, I want a place ON the beach & I want it to look like I’m on the beach. (I avoided condos with dark furniture, dark kitchen cabinets or anything dark - but that’s just us.) All of the rooms were light & airy with lots of windows. The kids (16, 18, & 19) felt spoiled to all have their own rooms, bath or balcony. The master is glorious with the soft greens, lovely towels, spacious bathroom, large shower, walk in closet, private water closet & huge tub. The carpet throughout still smells brand new & felt clean & soft. The pillows on the bed were comfortable, the bed is perhaps a memory foam & not what we prefer, but the sheets were luxurious. I can’t say anything bad about the bed- as mattresses are purely an individual preference. We loved being so close to the beach & that we could come & go all day like we own the place. The maintenance co was great, had to come for a few things. The guy & my hubs chatted & hubs showed him things that needed attention, light bulbs & little stuff. He fixed everything & told hubs all the special thin
