Come and enjoy this upscale and spacious home located on Navarre Beach. This 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom Beach Front townhome has 2 large decks over looking the white sandy beaches and emerald surf of Navarre Beach. No flights of stairs to climb, take the private elevator from ground to third floor. The second floor main living area has double sliding doors that open to a large spacious deck with plenty of deck chairs and table. The custom kitchen features, granite countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances (Jenn Air and Kitchen-Aid), convection and microwave multi-feature ovens, walk-in pantry, blender, mixer, bread maker, toaster, coffee pot and coffee bean grinder. Full size laundry room with W/D and large sink. Also large screen TV’s in each bedroom, WiFi Internet Access.

The home offers a master suite with a king-size bed, large bath and spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom includes 2 vanities, large custom glass enclosure shower, sliding doors open to third floor sun deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins. The other upstairs bedroom has 2-queen size beds and connecting full bath with shower and walk-in closets. Main floor bedroom has a queen bed with adjoins bath with shower stall. The outdoor covered patio offers shower, storage, beach supplies and additional refrigerator for beverages.

Navarre Beach is located just 10 miles from Pensacola Beach, 12 miles from Ft. Walton Beach and 25 miles from Destin. The perfect location for your family!

Complimentary Beach chairs, umbrella, rafts. Kayak/paddleboard, 2-adult bikes (upon request, $500 refundable deposit required).

Great house

All of the rooms were spacious, clean, and just as pictured. Kitchen was very well stocked with a nice sized pantry. Having the elevator was a nice convenience for brining in luggage and groceries. Beach towels, beach chairs, body boards and paddle boards were available for use. So nice to not have to pack beach towels and chairs. Lots of beach toys were also available if you have little ones. Plenty of chairs on the decks plus a table on the main deck. There is very little privacy on the deck and the houses are extremely close. But, we had great neighbors at the house next door and enjoyed good conversation. Beach was not crowded at all. We had plenty of room. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We loved this home!

This was a great property for our family. The location is great. The home had so many extras like toys/games, beach items, bikes, paddle board, and beach towels. We appreciated the elevator as we unloaded and loaded the car. The kitchen was also great. So many beach homes don't have pantry space to put your groceries and this home had tons of available storage. We will be booking again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

You will have no regrets booking this place.

We stayed from Thursday till Sunday. The view is better than you imagine. It’s about 5 minutes from the closest bars and restaurants and pier. It’s about 30 minutes from Pensacola and 30 minutes from Destin. The beach was very quiet and perfect. We had nine of us going and was worried about space but the townhouse was plenty of room for us. I definitely would go back. I highly recommend staying here. In the morning you’ll see about six different dolphins trying to catch breakfast.

Best experience in many years!

This beautiful condo has a gorgeous view of the gulf and beautiful sunrises. The floor plan is excellent and the condo is well stocked with most of everything you need. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful view!!!

Very well stocked kitchen tools. Shower on 1st floor extra full size fridge with freezer on 1st floor in storage area. Beach chairs & 2 umbrellas. Kayak & paddle board available. Weather & water controlled by nature so was not very good this trip. Still very nice inside & multiple levels deck & shade in main one.

Awesome Ocean Beachfront Property

We picked the perfect place for our vacation. It has great beach access & the boardwalk is just steps away. The place was extremely comfortable & has a well stocked kitchen. We were also very happy to have an elevator. It made it easy to get your luggage & groceries in from the bottom level. We will definitely look into renting this place for our next trip to Navarre Beach. We highly recommend.

Awesome beach view

my sister and I loved our stay. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. We had direct beach access to the gulf, the weather was warm and the beach wad not busy at all. We will be back again!
