Beach Colony 16E- 2BD/2BA Gulf Front Condo Navarre Beach!

This luxury 16th floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, 2 Queens in the second bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.


Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 4 guests. Extra fees apply for more than 4 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit.
Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow one, please visit our office at 1C West Tower for pickup. Kindly return the item to the same location after use.

Beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay at 16E. The place was super clean and well cared for. We spent most of our time at the beach or on the deck. Beach chairs and an umbrella provided with the condo were an appropriated perk. :) The deck had fantastic views of the gulf and the sound. The sunsets were spectacular!

Love the convenience of the place and the condo is nice. My only suggestion would be get some decent cutting knives and some food storage containers - i love the ninja coffee maker - have the same model.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Colony Resort. The view was amazing and the condo was really nice. Everything was clean and exactly as shown in pictures. My only complaints would be that the sliding glass door im the living room is really hard to open/shut and the one in the master bedroom doesn't open at all. Also, the shower door needs a little work. We had a little trouble getting in the room when we first checked in, but it turned out that the lock had recently been changed and Linda promptly sent me a new code and we were able to get in. Overall, a little pricey, but the amenities made it worth it. It's right on the beach, chairs and umbrella provided, beautiful pool, and beautiful property. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We have stayed at Beach Colony before but not this unit. It was very well-apportioned and perfect for our needs. You really can’t beat the view for breakfast on the porch! We had no issues during our stay and the management company was wonderful with replying in a quick and efficient manner via the VRBO app. Would highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful ocean view condo

The condo was super clean, furnished nicely, with a huge balcony overlooking the beach. Self Check in was simple, and minimal requirements upon check out. The furnishings were tasteful, and the appliances appeared pretty new, and in great shape, our one problem with the ice maker was responded to promptly. Everything we needed for our stay was included. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Property and view are amazing! Very comfortable for 2-3 adults but bring your own personal and kitchen supplies like toilet paper, shampoo, paper towels, etc, especially if it is a stay of more than 3 days/nights!!

Beautiful, comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo had most of what we needed upon arrival. We had a great view on a lovely balcony. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. It was a terrific place to celebrate our 25th. **only down side to the COMPLEX (not the condo) was the lack of restroom facilities near the pool/beach walk.

Few issues with property

The property was beautiful! Unfortunately we had a couple issues, wash cloths were covered in hair, hair on master bath shower wall, no additional comforter’s for the bedroom with 2 beds (it was extremely cold during our stay), the jet’s in the jet tub haven’t been cleaned in awhile because when turned on mold came out of jets and hair came out through the filter.

Great location and CLEAN property.

I just left this condo yesterday. This was by far one of the cleanest places I have rented!!!! The location is great and the parking spot that comes with the rental is a very short walk to the building. The balcony is huge and has amazing views of the pool and the ocean. I found the master bed to be firm, yet comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to supply the kitchen with a few more things. We found ourselves needing scissors, pizza cutter, measuring cups, salt, pepper and cooking spray. Just the basics. You will need to buy toilet paper and possibly paper towels and garbage bags. You are supplied with a few rolls of toilet paper and we only had one garbage bag and one roll of paper towel. This was not a problem, just a heads up for future renters! Lastly, you do have to pay for chair and umbrella rentals at the beach. You can bring, but we were flying so that was hard to do. I would definitely rent again!!!

Clean and modern. Get up at dawn if you want a good spot at the beach.

It was very clean, nice, and modern. The parts with carpet were clean and not stained. Comfortable beds, large balcony with beautiful view and a large beautiful pool. They should have more umbrellas for shade by the pool to accommodate the many people trying to relax at the pool though. A couple cons though: the kitchen could be better supplied. While it has a nice coffee maker and fridge, the cookware is old and uneven with a lack of basic kitchen tools like a peeler or spatulas so bring your favorite pan or spatula if you like to cook. Also, there could have been a few extra towels, pillows, beach towels or blankets to make it more comfortable. For a family, there were not enough towels or pillows. The beach was beautiful and clean. However, the Beach Colony West beach chair rental people take up the whole beach with their rentals making it hard for families needing multiple chairs and umbrellas to get a spot where you can supervise the kids. We were exhausted trying to get up before dawn to get a spot and still the rental guys had already taken over most of the beach. I’m convinced they set up in the dark while we were told not to leave our chairs overnight due to beach combing, which we did not observe. It was very frustrating and I hope the management will reconsider this practice. It made it hard to get enough rest when we had to get up at the crack of dawn to fight for a place on the beach. Overall, we loved it there but there is still room for improvement.

Beautiful Condo

The property was very clean. We had a slight AC issue the second to last night, but it was fixed very quickly. The only negatives I have to mention is the master bed could use an upgrade…..not comfortable at all. And although the balcony is large its not private with the way the building is designed.

Summer Memories

This property was one of the better listings I've ever stayed at! The condo itself was extremely clean, the mattresses were comfy, and the property manager was always quick to answer my many questions. The balcony is absolutely amazing and the pictures do not do it justice!!! The pool was amazing and large, even on a holiday week it was never crowded. The beach access was also great and steps to the white sand and ocean waves!! There are several restaurants on the island within walking distance and I have no complaints there either! I Highfield recommend all of them. The little Sea Turtle conservation is a must of you have littles, inexpensive, but very interactive and educational! We can't wait for next trip back!
