Take in Gulf views from your sixth-floor balcony, furnished with two chairs and a lounge chair. You won't have to lift a finger in this condo; even the balcony table has holes so you don't have to hold your drink while taking in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is tile through the condo and lush carpet in the bedroom. The main living area of this unit is surrounded by big mirrors giving the space a much larger feel. There are TVs, DVD player, and a stereo to enjoy if you can get away from the balcony view. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. A full-size side by side refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove and plenty of utensils making mealtime a breeze. There are enough pots and pans to create a meal and enjoy it outside or on the glass table. Perch at the bar, then gather for meals at the dining table.

Prior to arriving, I received an email stating the checkin and parking information was included. I messaged that I didn’t receive the parking pass in the email. I was informed it would be in the condo when I arrived. When I opened the condo at 4pm with the code I was given there wasn’t any parking pass. I called multiple times and sent chats texts for help. Finally someone told me I needed to checkin. I was not aware of this and they acted like the check in was in the building, it wasn’t. The next call gave me address but they didn’t know the times it was open and told me to call another number they gave me. That person didn’t know at all. In frustration I drove to the Vacasa location and it was closed at 6pm when checkin was 4pm. I thought that was odd. I did see a drop off and pick up box so I called back again and the person had no clue. It took forever and I went back to the condo, where we found out we couldn’t even be there without wristbands!! So after another call I got a code to try for the lock box and drive back over. There was an envelope with my stuff.Then I return back to the condo where we took showers in a tub that didn’t drain and became a bath plus shower. I lookup and see mold on the ceiling and a dirty washcloth hanging that was dry so must have been there for sometime. Needless to say, I left the shower feeling dirtier than when I entered. I immediately texted about it and a photo. Someone never came. When I grabbed the extra sheets rolled up on the couc

Stayed at Summerwind many times during our 50 years at Navarre. Loved the modern furniture, large tv, balcony rocking chairs, and the 6th floor view of the pier & beach. Our only suggestion is to replace the noisy crackling sound mattress cover. Replace it with a pad or something that doesn't make that plastic sound. We will rent that condo again during our next Navarre trip.

We loved this condo for the location and the views. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores.

The condo was so perfect for our family of four. The kitchen updates were so nice. The condo was super clean. The view is amazing. Great location, walking distance to three restaurants that are all really good food and a really good vibe. There was even beach Karaoke and the band on two different nights that was so fun You could hear the band and the Peary singing karaoke from the balcony Our two girls made tons of friends that week because it’s Super family-friendly We are talking about coming back next year Only downfall we had was the Wi-Fi wouldn’t work the only TV that was working living room TV and I called and talked to somebody on the phone and we couldn’t do it over the phone so she was supposed To send somebody out, but they never came, but sidenote it ended up being a blessing in disguise because our kids weren’t on their screens and we all were hanging out together so much and it was actually ended up being better

Nice clean convenient and comfortable. Bit pricey compared to similar units. Wi fi didn't work and I didn't want to spend my vacation time hassling with media com to get it fixed. Seems like that should be owners/management headache not the paying guests.

The condo itself was clean and above average as far as amenities and overall setup. What made this condo unbearable and not a future choice is a loud motor sound coming from inside the ceiling above the bathroom. I tried several ways to remedy this but it would constantly turn back on about every 20 minutes and would stay on for 15 minutes at a time. It was a loud humming noise that vibrated the entire living room to where you could not sleep. Trying reach Management in the early evening turned into a 1 hour wait on the phone only to have someone tell me that they would open up a ticket on the situation. I was contacting the next day about the issue which was really pointless considering we already were unable to sleep that night. This doesn't seem to be an easy fix and from Reading prior reviews, seems to be a recurring problem. This rental company needs to advise people who rent this particular room of that situation. Upon speaking with their management I was not offered any concession other than an apology. Never again

Loved staying here for our honeymoon! Very relaxing and clean room. I wish they had provided a cookie sheet (big cookie lovers) lol but other than that we couldn't complain! Love the view from this room, being able to see the pier etc. The pool was very nice as well. I did not realize until our last day when checking out that we actually were provided 2 chairs and an umbrella everyday set up. I did not see that on the listing at all so maybe that could be made more clear! Loved this room overall and had a wonderful experience.

6th floor amazing view of beach (and pool below). Loved the two rockers on the patio. The door code did not work, called the #, took 20 min to reach, they gave a backup code that worked. Kitchen a few things missing, regular size sppons, no sizeable collendar e.g. to drain spaghetti, a reuseable coffee filter, or nice to have paper filters. No Cable tv, so bring a streaming device. The 5g network does not search from bedroom master settings so you are not gonna get service. Would recommend a new router. Beach sevice with 2 chairs and umbrella very nice.

Every year for our anniversary, we book a spot on the beach. This year we stayed at Navarre beach. It's been many years since we've step foot on Navarre beach but it's beautiful and love the fact it's not over crowded with so many high rises. This condo unit was perfect. 6th floor, gorgeous view of the Gulf and the pool! Place was very clean and not so overly done with so much decors. It was very welcoming and again, you just can't beat the view! If you get a chance, you must walk the Navarre Pier! Just a nice sight all around

The check in process was so easy. Our room was very clean and accommodating. We were not n there that much. Our view was beautiful. We did a lot of fishing and shell hunting. We will be back next year if they have us.
