"Laundry was okay-the tiny house was very clean and tidy. Loved the deck above the house- great view of the sandstones. The inside pool was not heated- so a bit disappointed about that. Close to town and overall a good stay for a first time at a campground! "

"Good location with good customer service. Hotel is older. The first room assigned to us had an odd sulfur smell. The front desk staff reassigned a room without hesitation and indicated some of the rooms have an odd odor because of the old pipes. We picked this hotel because the photos online showed balconies off the rooms with views of lake Powell. It does not appear that there are any rooms with balconies, and our view was an ugly parking lot. Ask for an odd numbered room at check in if you...

"rooms and baths were clean and had exhaust fans unlike MGM Grand or Yavapai Lodge. Bathroom was better than i had expected. i would give it ahigher ranking than MGM"

"Good location but that was it. Pool closed despite being advertised as being open from March 1st Andy’s arriving on April 4th, no advance warning of this. With 2 young boys with us this was deciding factor in booking this particular hotel, had we been notified prior to our stay we would have cancelled our booking. "For the price it was a pretty good stay. The rooms can be noisy though depending on who is staying in the rooms beside or above yours. Since the rooms are pet friendly the floors are laminate and can be loud. Several outlets were worn out and could not be used."

"Our host was amazing, she informed us of nearby tourist attractions and other activities in the area. Very accommodating with check in. Home was clean and spacious.Comfortable beds! Great showers! I would take a gate if you have small children, since it is a bi-level style home. Kids and stairs ugh. Overall, She definitely takes pride in being a great hostesses."

"Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, especially considering the price point. The property was well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout my visit. The experience would have been even better if the hotel had provided a few additional basic room amenities such as the microwave that was listed at the time of booking.
