"Laundry was okay-the tiny house was very clean and tidy. Loved the deck above the house- great view of the sandstones. The inside pool was not heated- so a bit disappointed about that. Close to town and overall a good stay for a first time at a campground! "

"Good location with good customer service. Hotel is older. The first room assigned to us had an odd sulfur smell. The front desk staff reassigned a room without hesitation and indicated some of the rooms have an odd odor because of the old pipes. We picked this hotel because the photos online showed balconies off the rooms with views of lake Powell. It does not appear that there are any rooms with balconies, and our view was an ugly parking lot. Ask for an odd numbered room at check in if you...

"Good location but that was it. Pool closed despite being advertised as being open from March 1st Andy’s arriving on April 4th, no advance warning of this. With 2 young boys with us this was deciding factor in booking this particular hotel, had we been notified prior to our stay we would have cancelled our booking. Check in was appalling, very slow and staff on reception lacked customer service skills. They said they would pass our feedback on to the manager and someone would be in touch, we...

"Our host was amazing, she informed us of nearby tourist attractions and other activities in the area. Very accommodating with check in. Home was clean and spacious.Comfortable beds! Great showers! I would take a gate if you have small children, since it is a bi-level style home. Kids and stairs ugh. Overall, She definitely takes pride in being a great hostesses."

"Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant stay, especially considering the price point. The property was well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout my visit. The experience would have been even better if the hotel had provided a few additional basic room amenities such as the microwave that was listed at the time of booking. Aside from this , the stay was enjoyable and good value for the cost"

"Plenty parking, pretty old set up, dirty carpets, washrooms were bad, breakfast was not that great either. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"No hot water coming out of faucets and the shower… The rooms weren’t really cleaned up, a moldy smell hung in the air, and the bathroom was little to nothing straightened or useful at all. The bathtub was close to self-esteem… Unclean and unwelcoming establishment. The outside areas and the facade were partly covered with rubbish. Right behind the establishment is a dumpster, and some other bulky waste is lying around, e.g., old mattresses and other furniture. No more words than...
