"Resort may be dated but clean. Staff were nice, helpful and responsive. Very close to Navajo Lodge for skiing. Planning another trip back!"

"We had a really nice stay. It was quick but the staff were helpful. The room was perfect for a family of 3. The only downside was the on-site restaurant. Food was pricey and not many options. They were short staffed but made due. We were planning to eat breakfast there the Sunday we left but they sent a text saying they were closed. This won't keep us from coming back, but just one thing that we wished would have been better."

"My room was dirty. I found hair on my own pillows and on the sheet I had to brush stuff off the sheets when I pulled back the covers and the end table that's connected to the wall. Has stuff still on it. Also there was only two poor pillows. I had to go request a pillow from the front desk which they did give me but he had it to me with the pillow and the pillowcase alone. I had to put up the pillowcase myself on. If I didn't need a room to sleep the night I would have found something else but I...

"We got into the pool and the smell of chlorine was so bad it burnt our eyes and nose. We noticed something sticking to suits and realized it was algea in the water and a ring or mold/algea around the whole perimeter We immediately got out and showered.The door to our room looks like it was broken from being kicked multiple times and didnt close tight... "

"I wouldn’t recommend. The bathroom in the room was not clean at all. There was human hair and dead bugs on the floor. The pool and hot tub was dirty. The front desk staff who checked us in was very kind but not knowledgeable where our room was or what time the breakfast was. The continental breakfast was really good. Good selection of waffles, eggs and sausage and lots to drink. "
