"Everything was good except everytime you flushed the toilet you'd hear a bang and loud whistling for about a minute. During the day it was fine but 4 people in a room cause I have kids, made it basically an alarm everytime someone used the bathroom. I called reported it but they said they didn't hear anything while they were on the ground floor and on the phone. I do have to say the property maintenance guys work hard and do alot to make the property great you can tell they take pride in there...

"All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It took a little longer at the front desk, but we had a family in front of us so, understandable. Otherwise, it was a pleasant day. The room was clean. And I got a good night sleep!"

"The room was excellent! Very comfortable. Just like being home!! The two breakfasts served were over the top!! Gourmet service!! Juice and coffee were great. Great vibes were given off during the whole visit!! Next time in Springfield, we be staying with Namoi!!"

"A quaint hotel with a beautiful lobby for hanging out, espresso machine, pastries and fresh baked cooked. Staff super friendly and helpful. Our room had a massage chair that was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel."

"I really like the set up of the rooms in a Tru Hilton hotel. Beds are great, bathroom is great, hooks on the wall, a pull out desk so you can watch tv. Heating and cooling system works well. Great hotel."

"The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We didn’t make it to the pool. The buffet was actually great but the pub was disappointing. They had a set menu with very limited options. It would be nice to have more options than just sandwiches."

"Manager switched our room from a King studio to a 2 double queen SMALL ROOM without letting us know and did nothing for it because we went through Expedia. Very disappointed!!"
